I was happy to see,Lee , my therapist that I used to see in Brighton . I new in the area and was reluctant to make the much longer drive to Broomfield . Definitely worth the drive because he has helped with my pain most of anyone in CO. Have been here 1 yr and have a history of spinal stenosis and terrible sciatica . Also find Dendra and Amanda at front desk very welcoming and helpful .

Great experience. Professional, prompt, courteous staff. Great massage treatment. Didn’t try to sell me on a “plan”, supported my needs. Good price.

Miss Amber did an incredible job releasing a terrible amount of tension in my upper back/shoulders. And first time for cupping therapy was a huge success. So grateful ??

Walked in for an appointment but no one was there and after waiting almost 10 mins I decided to walk out to my car to grab my phone and call hoping maybe someone was just in the back and would come to the front. As I walked out the lady who had been standing outside in jeans, T-Shirt and flip flops smoking a cigarette on the curb while texting walked in and apparently she was the receptionist but unfortunately she didn't feel it was a priority to come in and check me in for my appointment. When I told her I was there for an appointment, she told me my appointment was canceled and claimed to have tried calling me but had the wrong number. Unfortunately she didn't have enough common sense to notify me via email either so I drove there for nothingUnprofessional/ poor customer service.5/3- Response:This is 100% false, infact I was the one who requested your smoking receptionist have a manager call me to see how the situation could be rectified. I was never contacted so I wrote the poor review. After reading your other poor reviews it looks like canceling appointments is a common theme for you which probably explains why your overall rating is much lower than most other locations

My husband booked a massage for my birthday and I was really looking forward to it (so much so that I extended the 60 minute appointment to 90 minutes)! I was in my car on the way to my appointment when I got a call that my parent was sick and I had to turn around and meet them at the doctor's office. I turned around and asked my husband to call and reschedule due to a family emergency. He told me he was charged $45 for a cancellation fee. I called back, a little surprised that they would charge a fee for a genuine emergency, stating that I understand things like schedule change, etc. and the need for them to make up for the therapist's time when something changes so late. But this was a genuine emergency, and I really felt like it was a little heartless to charge us a fee for it. I expressed my disappointment and felt the response was a little condescending when I said it was sad because I likely won't be back now. It's unfortunate, I was very excited, not only my day was ruined given the circumstances I had to reschedule, but this was my only gift for my birthday, and all I ended up with was a $45 fee and feeling a little stupid based on the reaction of the staff when I called in.

My therapist is Chris. He has done awesome in helping me relieve my pain. He has firm to deep tissue pressure and he is the best. He always works the area that is causing me the most trouble. He listens to what you say. He is fantastic

I booked a massage and arranged childcare for it. They called me less than an hour before my appointment to say they moved the time.Edit: it was 30m and while I think it was kind of management to move the apt of the customer who was originally impacted, I don't think it makes sense to change every single client's appointment to accommodate that.

I was looking forward to this 2-hour massage so much. In my mind it was going to be amazing, relaxing, and just what I needed rolling into the weekend. I must admit, I was a bit disappointed... This was not my first time to an Elements Massage, but it was my first time to this location. I walked in 10 minutes early to my appointment and was told I had to fill out paperwork. Nothing to drink was offered to me, which is highly irregular compared to every massage I've gotten before. Every studio has always offered something to drink both before and after a session. By the time I finish my paperwork and use the restroom, it's 4:08pm when I'm crawling onto the massage table. My massage therapist was Amber, and while she did fine and respected my request for minimal talking, it wasn't the best massage I'd ever received. When she started on my back and shoulders, the massage felt nice. As she got down to my lower back, the fatigued and burning muscles seemed to melt from her work. It was nice. However, my legs entirely and my shoulders/neck after turning over seemed like a slow afterthought. The massage wasn't relaxing and she moved quite slow. Perhaps she was tired, that's possible. I could hear people talking and laughing loudly in the hallway, the doors being left to pop closed instead of being closed gently, and the A/C suctioning the ceiling tiles every time it kicked on. The bright red lighting wasn't very relaxing, and the music wasn't as soothing as at other studios. It was a lot of little things adding up to be big things when it came to relaxing for $200. She called the end of the massage at 5:57pm, and rushed out the door while saying she'd give me time to dress. I dressed and went to use the restroom at the end of the hall again, where Amber emerged from the bathroom and slipped by me, and I never saw her again. When I came out of the restroom a few moments later, the room I had been in was already closed and marked "In Use" so she didn't offer a drink at the end either. The ladies at the front desk asked how everything was, and I was honest and told them what my experience was like here. They did say they would pass along the information about better soundproofing their rooms. Based on my experience here, I won't be returning for a membership. I'd rather wait and get in at another studio.

I’ve been going to Elements in Broomfield since they opened and I don’t ever plan on leaving. The owners are wonderful people and you can tell that they drive to make your experience there one of the best. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve seen many of the therapists there and they are all amazing. I highly recommended Elements Massage is Broomfield.
