Nancy Clark has guided our family to make the best financial planning decisions . We have made money with her advice. Her staff is professional, and helpful as well. My review is based upon 20 years of working with her - not one visit. I notice that the previous review was made three weeks ago during COVID .

Very rude and preppy receptionist. I don't know her name but she was at the front desk. Angry spiteful old lady that should be in a nursing home instead of demeaning customers. I will never use this Edward Jones again, and I plan on telling everyone I know to not support this particular Edward Jones until she is either fired or learns how to treat another human with respect. Disgraceful.
