I went into the men's department today looking for a shirt and pants, and the gentleman who helped was awesome. I believe his name was Cookie. I thought I had a personal shopper to help me. He took me around and found my sizes and made the shopping experience painless. I really appreciated the help.

When Dillard's says customer service, they mean no customer service. I bought a shirt and wore it once. I washed it and the lining shrank. I went to return it and they refused because it had been washed. Who needs this kind of aggravation? Besides the illogical rule , they were rude.

I went to buy new dress shirts. After I had picked out 3 brands that I wanted to try on to see which fit best, I went to the dressing room and was told by an associate that I would not be allowed to try them on. He told me to pick one of three different brands and that I could try that one on only. I left the store without trying any on and without making any purchases.

I went to Dillard's Broomfield, in the Flatirons Mall, in need of a sports jacket, slacks a shirt and tie, after having not had "dress clothes" in a number of years. The gentleman who served me was quite nice--patient, affable and knowledgeable--and the store well disposed for fittings and changing. Other stores have mostly gone to pre-cut slacks of rayon and other synthetic materials, and these are absolutely terrible. I've tried them, seduced by impossibly low-prices and designer names. I'm actually now donating to the Good Will two new pair of slacks that I had gotten at Macys, marked "Ralph Laurent." Anyway, Dillards, God bless their soul, had at least two lines of good quality woolen slacks that would fit an old Gnome like me, and with other items I have bought, and a little advice on style and colors from the fine tailor at hand, I walked away a happy camper, ready for the wedding at hand. I was surprised to find the store not open until 11 a.m. most days, but that was OK with me as i 'm not an early riser. Still, I presume that such hours are perhaps hangovers from the rough conditions of the Covid years, and maybe they'll one day return to an earlier schedule. I'd check before going. I was pleased that between Macys (where there was no help on the floor) and Nordstrom, there is a store with courteous help--good product lines at affordable prices. You can, by the way, find a huge line of dress shirts --in white, blue, grey, and stripes, in Big and Tall sizes both on their internet sight and at the Mall. Neck sizes to 22 and perhaps more. Bravo!

I had to get some work clothes in Feb and since it's been a while I decided to get several items and knew I'd probably return things that I didn't like. I was monitoring to make sure I didn't miss the 30 day return window and was unpleasantly surprised to learn that one of the business blouses I bought had a 3day return window??? This was definitely not pointed out when I bought it and I can guarantee I would have put it back if I'd know it was a 3 day return item. So frustrating... And I get retail is a hard business but I wish the manager would show a tiny bit of empathy.

This store has the worst customer surface and the absolute worst return policy. Clearance items can only be returned within 3 days. If they mark items down that you bought less than 2 weeks ago they will not price match with a receipt. There is never anyone around to check you out. The people that work there are rude and very unfriendly. I will no longer be shopping at Dillards. There are other stores with much better customer surface. Do not waste your time or money there. In these times with large department stores going out of business you would think they would have better policies and customer service!

Dior online shop for beauty is not able to issue a refund although my items were properly returned 18 (!!!) days ago. I provided a tracking number etc. but they don't meet their return policy which says they offer a refund 7-10 days after receiving the merchandise. The email correspondence contains meaningless emails with empty promises. I'm a big fan of the brand Dior but their online services and return services are intolerable. This is a unique experience and it's a shame they force a customer to run after their money. I've never experienced such a bad customer service from a high-end brand.

My friend and I went here today to buy a pair of jeans for her boyfriend. When we got in we asked if they sold men's levis, and we were directed to that part of the store. As soon as we got there, we hear them calling over the intercom to send customer assistance to men's levis. The older guy that came over asked if we needed help, and we tried to be nice but we told him we knew what we were looking for several times. He would not leave, continued to intently watch us shop and tell us what we were looking for. It was really weird, being that my friend and I are both young girls. I work in customer service as well, and I was uncomfortable. We told him we were just waiting to see if my friends boyfriend liked the color. She was on the phone with him. The guy left for a minute, then returned and asked my friend if she had gotten a response back, which was so weird!! Why would he need to know? We found the right pair, and were attempting to find the checkout as we both don't shop here when the security lady confronted us and told us that if we were going to buy the jeans, we needed to check out right away, and she was very aggressive and insistent about that. What if we wanted to look for more stuff? It felt like we were being profiled. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was there, and my friend was too. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, and unfair treatment. I will never shop at this Dillards again, and I would recommend to anyone else to stay away as well. I wish I could give 0 stars. I was here at 5:50 pm on Tuesday, January 26th. I did not catch the names of the two employees that lurked over us but we felt harassed and creeped out by both of them. One was a female security guard, and one was a "customer assistant" in the men's wear department.

Horrible management. The older guy is incredibly rude to customers and not willing to help.

I didn't get the girls name who helped me. But she was maybe in her teens and had blond hair. Anyways, she helped out so much yesterday. I was clueless on what to get a guy for a secret Santa gift, but she made it SO EASY. Gave me many recommendations that went with my price limit. Super helpful and nice and made me actually want to have a conversation with her. She wrapped up my gifts, which made my life much easier. Great costumer service overall. Definitely would came back to shop and get help from her !

Amelia is the lady who helped us. She was super sweet and personable. She walked us through the process of designing a sport coat and three designed shirts for Husband. Amelia might still be learning the steps so she had some assistance from a nice, young gentleman for closing the deal, but it was a great experience. There are a couple of older gentlemen here that aren't so helpful (would rather talk to one another or judge clients' potential spendings on how they look, maybe?). One of those gentlemen kept swooping in to look at what we were designing to buy, standing off to the side to listen to what was being said through our transaction. I didn't care for his nosiness when he hasn't been helpful to us before. But Amelia? Ask for her! She may still be learning, but she was very pleasant to work with for us!

So much for the customer service. Bought jeans on their website and brought them in to be hemmed. Was told if I applied for a store credit card they would be free- they weren't,they still charge you and then give you "nordy bucks" they also told me that if I purchased something on the card that day they would give me a 40$ gift card credit on my account- which was issued as "nordy notes" I was surprised when I got my bill with the alteration charge on there and was then explained that it would be emailed as these "nordy bucks or notes" well I didn't really need to use the card since everything I wanted to buy using the app would sell out before I could purchase. So I finally tried to use my "nordy notes" and found out that my $54 of "nordy notes" had expired two weeks prior. By then the item I wanted to purchase was sold out. So I emailed customer service- and they never emailed me back. Emailed them again 5 days later and they emailed me the credit card customer service number who then said to be "consistent with all their customers" they would not be reissuing my "nordy notes" $54 that I had earned as pionts in their rewards program. They were able to quickly close my Nordstrom account and quickly lose me as a customer. Why would I keep a rewards card that misleads me and has a lot of interesting hoops to actually use the rewards that I've earned and now cannot lose. Guess it doesn't matter anything I try to buy (including full price items) sells out while it's in my shopping cart!

Very disappointed in Dillard's return policy for sale items. I bought a pair a pants Friday, came back Wednesday to return, because they don't fit right. I was told there is a three day return policy no exception. The pants were brand new with the tags on and I had the receipt. You would think that Dillards as a large department store would have a better return policy than that. Be very careful what you buy there because you may not be able to return it. I would have been happy with a merchandise credit, Dillards give your associates some power to make customers happy.

This is the best coffee place to go to here in the Flatirons Mall. The staff here have been nothing but super friendly and the coffee is SO much better than Starbucks. I love coming here to relax on my breaks during work and enjoying a nice crafted cup of coffee! The atmosphere is quite nice as well- not noisy at all! Great area to meet friends after work if you're needing caffeine. Brenna, one of the baristas has been so awesome at helping me pick out what new drink I should try and every time I venture, I haven't been left disappointed. Really friendly staff!

I have been very pleased with the Cosmetic Department at the FlatIron Crossing store. Miss Andrea has been WONDERFUL in helping me with skin care products and in developing a new look. She is the best! She has convinced me to get a Dillards card and I am a loyal customer from now on.
