I paid quite a lot of money for a new pair of crocs I like but my puppy chewed a rivot off the strap. Crocs offer on their website to send out replacement ones which I requested, first request was not even replied to, second one finally came back with "we don't supply spare parts" and an offer of 20% of a new pair. This is ridiculous for something they probably have hundreds of thousands of. Customer service is a joke and when I tried to email it bounced back as not able to deliver as their inbox is full. Left a review on trustpilot and see the average review is 1.6, no surprise, company is a joke for customer service. I will never buy or recommend Crocs to anyone. Company does not care at all about customers

Thanks for backing first responders! I'm all about brands that value our service. My family and I are big fans of Crocs - we've got several pairs and they're a hit. They're the only shoes my toddler actually wants to wear! Keep doing what you're doing, and you've got me as a loyal fan.

Crocs are comfortable and in sport mode I was able to wear them to zumba! Now, they have sport shoes that look like tennis shoes. Customer service at the brick and mortars is outstanding! Keep it up Crocs!

I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes guy said he was gonna check the info and never got back to me, they lied about my package being delivered I was at my residence all day and never did I get the package, just take your business elsewhere tbh

Bought several pairs for the gym and at home. Got them wet and put out in the sun to dry, and they shrunk like 2 sizes. Very surprised as I thought you could wear in Miami Sun to the beach? Will consider another brand for future purchase. By the way upgrade a size if you buy?

Waited 7 days only for crocs to tell me my order got lost in transit, meanwhile laser ship said they never received them from crocs. Never ordering from them again!

Ordered Nov 25th, shipped Nov 27th..Last scan Dec 4th..They won't answer the phone, email box is full and don't reply to my text..all I want is my darn refund..worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!They get a -5 stars

Wrote Crocs customer service back in first week of December about an order that still had not shipped never responded, never answered.. Christmas came and went never shipped. No update on status of order on site. Then finally they sent email they were cancelling order. Now today I get a text"Hello, please allow me a few moments to read your message and be with you."These clowns are responding now like I just reached out a few minutes ago. ? ?You a month late Crocs. We good.

They have gone so downhill. Crocs cannot support the business they have tried to create and there are so many better, less expensive alternatives out there today. Don't waste money or time with this organization.

I ordered two pair of crocs on 11/25. I have heard NOTHING. Your phone number will not take phone calls, your chat feature has been disabled, your facebook chat is not responding . You have $80.00 of my money !!! DO I need to file a fraud claim with PayPal ??

I ordered on Nov 27 and still waiting. I paid $8 for shipping and now I have to pay againto send them to my granddaughter who was here this weekend but now has returned to another state. Terrible service
