My child has needs that bring us to children's every three months, and I couldn't ask for a better team of doctors and specialists that we have supporting my child. Worth the travel time every time.

If going for an urgent care visit, be prepared to be billed for both an urgent care and office visit. One you will pay upfront, the other will show up as a bill several months later. Somehow the "split billing" is legal and insurance will happily charge you two separate copays for a single trip to urgent care

I am extremely angry with the lack of care my Daughter received in the emergency room. We showed up at 4AM, with nobody in the waiting room. We waited 45 minutes to be called back. Took another 30 minutes for a Doctor to come in and talk with us. They gave her apple juice, said she had a viral infection, and that she would get better in a day or so. The only reason we even went here is because my Daughter had a tonsil surgery there 2 days prior and I figured for charting/history purposes this would be best. Later that SAME evening we ended up checking into Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children because my Daughter had gotten worse and I refused to go back to Children’s. We got taken back within 5 minutes of checking in and RMHC. Within 30 minutes we were told we’re being admitted into the hospital because our Daughter had pneumonia, her heart rate was elevated and her oxygen was low. The SAME EXACT symptoms we went to Children’s for at 4 AM. However, Children’s didn’t even try to do any type of testing or anything. We are now on day 2 of being in the hospital where our Daughter is still being treated for the pneumonia that Children’s could’ve found in the morning we checked in. I’ve never had a great experience with this Children’s emergency room, and this isa perfect example of why I refuse to take my kids there.

Everyone we encountered here was amazing. The surgery went so smooth and quick I couldn’t have prayed for a better outcome. Absolutely recommend!

Our wait wasn't long at all. Cheerful decor for the kiddos. Comfortable waiting area. Very clean facility.The staff couldn't be any sweeter then they are. Right down to the specialist, who took the time to get to know and explain things to my 10 year old grand daughter. 5 Star, Childrens Orthopedic.
