Chicos is one of my most favorite places to shop. All of the ladies have always been so helpful. My only complaint is that you do not carry enough petite sizes.

Granted, I went in to return an online purchase. There were chairs in front of the register, so I had to stand to the side, which was awkward. The person I spoke to didn't seem thrilled with my reason for return & had the audacity to as if I needed a bigger size. The fit was fine. I didn't like the pockets, so size was not an issue. Thankfully, this is not my regular store. The ladies at my regular store are delightful & don't treat customers this way at the Belmar Lakewood store. I will not go back to the Flatiron store. Ever.

I had a really delightful time at Chico's! Cheryl (maybe Sheryl) spent an hour helping me find a few outfits to wear for my new job. She really made me feel seen and appreciated as a person, which made me feel so good. Cheryl figured out my style and encouraged me to try different things to see what else might look good. She could see that I was sticking around the clearance racks, so she did too!I really felt like I was shopping with a really knowledgeable friend, or maybe even my own mother. I found a lot of clothes that looked great on my short but curvy frame. I look fun, youthful, and professional, and everything I tried on was COMFORTABLE! I went in to buy one outfit and I came out with three, all because of the wonderful help and customer service I received.I would definitely recommend this shop to a friend. I will definitely be back.

Went in today and needed some assistance with a prior purchase. Kathy, the store manager, stepped up and completely helped me out and helped me pick out some additional pieces. I have been shopping at Chico's for many years and will continue to do so with such great customer service.

The women who work here love their job and it shows in their amazing customer service. It's a pricey store, but really good quality.
