Remember when banks had restrooms for account holders? Chase doesn’t. I only went in because the drive up ATM wasn’t working, figured I’d use the bathroom…You should have designed the building with customers in mind.

Met with an associate at this branch to help me setup a checking account that I could link with my online banking to help with cash withdrawals. After setting up the account, and transferring money into it, I was told I couldn’t withdraw cash until the transaction “hard posted” to my account because other people have been committing fraud against chase. This is despite me showing my chase account with the amount in available balance far exceeding what I was trying to withdraw. The decision to not allow me to withdraw was down to the discretion of the branch manager, and so this review negatively reflects my experience with these employees.

They don't answer the phone to make appts. No notary service provided even when branch is empty of consumers.

The ATM does not work whatsoever. It no longer even recognizes when a card is input. The ATM would be more useful as scrap metal at this point.

Unable to get in touch with anyone at this. Their website it's not helpful at all. And if you try calling anyone all you get is a busy signal or disconnected number. I'm going to find another bank.

Do not deal with banker Chuks Nweke Jr. I went to this facility to get knowledge regarding opening a trust account. He came across as someone trustworthy and knowledgeable reassuring me I’ve come to the right place only to be ghosted by him for the past several weeks. Sent me a cryptic email that Chase can not help me out. No explanation given despite multiple attempts on my part via numerous emails or calls as to why. Ghosted! Certainly did not expect that from Chuks when I’ve first met him. He came across so professional and affable. Oh how first impressions can be so misleading. Beware, stay away from Chuks!
