This is the WORST BANK I have ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible, they make getting anything accomplished here as painful as possible and the branch manger is a complete jerk.Unfortunately when I refinaced my home, my mortgage got bought out by chase. I went to this branch to open an account to make auto payments on my mortgage loan easier. Opening the account was easy enough. I had to come back into the branch to finish up the final paperwork, and I was told I could walk in anytime, that it would take about 10 minutes to complete. So I come in at my leisure to finish the account set up. Its around 10am at this time, the bankers are sitting at empty desks. I am then told nobody can help me until after 2pm... um what?! You want me to make a 2nd trip that day to sign a document meanwhile you have "bankers" not assisting anyone?! Completely unacceptable. The branch manager then comes out and asked if everyone in the lobby has been assisted. I say I haven't and I explain my situation. The bank manger than proceeds to talk down to me, saying he was "VERY FAMILIAR" with the process and it was going to take way longer than 10 minutes to get this done... after I threatened to close my accounts and bank else where, he got me in with a banker. The banker was OK, he was a little snarky. But I at least got the paperwork finished and was out of there in about 7 minutes. In the time I had to argue with the branch manager, we could have gotten this taken care of.Moral of the story, if you love TERRIBLE customer service, dealing with HORRIBLE managers, and love wasting time, this is the branch for you!

Quick efficient customer service. Don't find this kind of service anymore in the banking industry

Terrible, all I wanted to do was to speak to a real person and ask them if they provide a Notary service. The AI. or robo phone service would not direct me to customer service and I was hung up on 3 times. Still can not talk to anyone. I've been with chase since they bought out Bank one. Service just gets worse and worse. Time to move on

Lucas helped me make some checks when I came in and was super helpful and kind. If you're coming here, be kind to these people because they're really kind and don't deserve to be treated poorly.

Had an appointment, made weeks in advance, showed up on time, and was told by the branch manager that the person was out of office today, so I would just have to wait until the next account manager was available. They didn’t think to tell me or make sure another person would be available to help. Not only that, several other customers walked in after us without an appointment and were helped first.

Half the time their ATM gives up. There is no option to check before you get there, and little recourse if the ATM eats your cash after customer service has ended.Imagine your frustration at depositing $250, only to be told to call a number to find out if it processed correctly. When you call the number, you're told to call again during service hours - for one of the largest banks in the world, that's abysmal. Sometimes late-night deposits are necessary and having that money go missing could put someone in a bad spot.

This branch will not answer their phones and they don’t have an option to leave a voicemail for a callback. What a joke

I walked in to notarize one document. They couldn’t do it then. Although bankers were available. Only takes 2 minutes. Then they went to schedule me for an appointment and their “system” couldn’t pull up the availability or something they said. So I was promoted to try another nearby branch.

Terrible Service from the Branch Manager. No wonder 90% of these are really bad. The arrogant manager wouldn't even Cash a check drawn OFF A CHASE ACCOUNT from my employer (Payroll check) even though our business has multiple accounts. He basically discriminated against me and said "He doesn't feel comfortable cashing my payroll check!" Even after I provided my DL and SS Card. Shady! Bank Elsewhere!

The level of customer service is incredible! This is the warmest and friendliest bank I have ever been too. The team greets you upon entry and makes sure you are immediately helped.Specifically, I would like to say working with Megan was a lovely experience!

I have banked with Chase for decades, so when service takes a turn for the worse i begin to worry if it's time to move on. I went there yesterday to get a document notarized, and when i complained that i had been calling the local number for 5 hours and getting constant voicemail, the "relationship banker" Justin A replied "I don't know what to tell you, i've been on the phone all day". I tried calling the same number while i was sitting at his desk, and the same thing happens, it goes to a virtual voicemail and tells you to call a different number. Nobody there answered the call! NOT IMPRESSED when the reason i was calling ahead was to be sure that a notary was on call.
