I chose Caliber to make repairs to my car for an insurance claim. They did a good job. A little over a year later paint started to peel from one of the front end pieces. Another front bumper piece came loose, and even yet another larger undercarriage piece came off altogether and was lost during driving. They told me when I originally picked up my car that it's vital to stay in communication if any issues come up. So as these issues happened over that year or so I stayed in contact with Caliber and they advised me of what do to at that time.So finally I had I to take her in to get everything addressed and they stood by their warranty, just like they said and like a reputable company should. Some people might give less stars because the issues happened in the first place but I say we're human. The fact Caliber stood by their warranty, gave me ZERO issues, ZERO push back, ordered parts, scheduled the work, had the rental car ready, corrected ALL ISSUES, and had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout the entire process MET EVERY EXPECTATION I had. I'd highly recommend Caliber and will continue to use them in the future.Thank you Tyler for making sure I was taken care of through the entire process!

Fixed the car perfectly! Can’t tell anything happened to it. Would use them again! They kept me up-to-date with how the repairs were going via text message, and when I got my car back, they had cleaned the inside very well.

My car looks wonderful. They also buffed out some other scratches it had and to receive it back, so clean both inside and out was a real plus.They also make sure I had a ride to drop it off and a ride to pick it upThey constantly updated me ask you where they were, and fixing the car and gave me approximate dates and finally a week early than what they had first gave meCustomer service there is the best everyone there was a very friendly beginning from the receptionist to the driver, who picked us up to receive our car, and those that repaired our carI would recommend this place very highly to anyone who wants that only a great job done on their car, but the best customer serviceServices: Painting

They helped out after my truck was hit and needed some work done. They worked with my insurance very clearly, were extremely nice upon intake and at delivery. I got regular updates on the work and the timeline and it was ready at the expected time. Would use them again for sure.

Lane and his staff at Caliber Collision were extremely accommodating and professional. They ensured that my vehicle would be fixed in a timely manner and get me back on the road. My baby looks like a brand new truck after 2.5 weeks of intensive repair. This is my second repair done here and you can never even tell they repainted it thanks to the fade they do. (And this last time they even cleaned out my cup holders for me!) would recommend/10.Services: Painting

Horrible business practices from start to finish. My son & grandchildren were told the car was ready on 3 different occasions and almost crashed. They missed the ball joint and their manager Tom crashed into my son's car. It's been 3 months since we dropped off the car and it's still not ready yet.

My experience with Caliber Collision at 116th went above and beyond my expectations. Once insurance and the shop communicated I was able to get my car in fairly quickly. The whole drop off process was good!. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly and Bruce originally said the repair would take a week and a half but it only took a few days which was an awesome surprise! They cleaned my car well before returning it which was a wonderful surprise. My repair was not super intensive but I would definitely recommend them to others!

The staff was super accommodating and the repairs were excellent. They cleaned the car extensively, including removal of grease paint that had been on there for almost a year (HS senior car paint); the car hasn't looked this good in a long time! Thank you to Bruce and Stacey, especially!

Good afternoon,Per our conversation on 7/14/2023; I told Stacey that I would be out of town until Wednesday and got back in town today. I see that your email states that my vehicle has been ready since 7/7/2023. I did not receive a call, text or email from anyone on that day and I was in the shop. Lane and Bruce told me that they would call or text once the car was completely done because it was getting a detail. I never heard from him or anyone from Caliber Collision on 7/7/2023 for car pick up. At this point I have obtained a lawyer because I believe there was negligence on your part. I picked up my vehicle on 3 different occasions and was told that it was ready and drivable. Every single time I took my car the steering wheel kept pulling to the right and left and like I was sliding on ice on a hot summer day. It was very unsafe for me and my children to be in a vehicle in this condition. We almost crashed on every occasion and we were told that the car was done and had been test driven. On the 1st and 2nd pick up, I spoke with Bruce and he told me the car was ready. He also mentioned that you guys only worked on the right side of the car; even thought it was in a hit and run and damage was done to all side of the car. The ball joint wasn't fixed the whole time due to negligence and Bruce didn't figure that out until the 3rd return. Upon the 3rd return of the vehicle; I demanded a refund for my deductible because of all back and forth and driving an unsafe vehicle. I spoke with Lane the RSD and he told Stacey to give me the refund immediately and I appreciated that because of the situation. Lane also told me that he should have been notified the 1st time we returned the car but he found out because we went into the shop in person then thats when Lane found out about the situation. We mixed up bank cards and $1000 was deposited into the wrong account and you will get that back asap. I don't believe that I should be responsible for the deductible due to the circumstances. I was told my car was ready on 3 different occasions and drove off the lot with my kids in an unsafe vehicle with a messed up ball joint which lead to my family almost crashing and now my daughter is afraid to be in my car. Caliber Collision is a reputable company and not only did State Farm recommended you but I put my faith into your guys and the whole experience from start to finish was unacceptable to say the least. I hope you take all this into consideration because this was the worst experience I've had with a company this far. Thank you, Robert Rodriguez 303 999 9695
