Charged for a full tank of gas even though I filled up before dropping the car off. Charged for road-side assistance when I didn't include it in the reservation. In total, $136.15 extra charges. EDITMy fees have been adjusted to the proper ones. I appreciate the customer service.

Was told we need to wash and vacuum the car if we don’t want to get a $450 dollar fee.

I am overcharged for the fuel. If you are renting out from this location make sure to take pictures of the fuel gauge when you take and return the car. Make sure to keep every fuel receipts as well.I have an undisputable proof that they incorrectly (whether or purpose or not) read my fuel gauge and charged me and extra $80.I submitted my ticket and I will edit this review based on the resolution.

While they didn't have our requested car, the manager was incredibly accommodating. He went to another location to pick up a reasonable substitute for our long journey. Excellent service!

Very attentive employees that stayed past posted operating hours to ensure everyone was taken care of. The manager of the establishment checked on us twice while we were there to ensure everything was going smoothly. Really appreciated the efficiency of the operation.

Although I didn't rent through this location, I stopped in to try to exchange my rental. David was extremely nice and helpful to the point I felt the need to write a review (which I never do). The car was good. The service was very poor. A few times there is nobody at the counter during business hours. I had to wait for someone to come out from the back office. One guy working there spoke very rudely to me almost like yelling. I couldn’t believe it.

Worst location. And budget customer service isn't worth anything either. I tried calling this location for hours to extend my rental. Tried customer service and they said I had to drive to the location to extend my rental. When I get there there is only one customer in the store and the guys working is in the back on his cell phone. I will never rent from here or budget again.

My husband Ricky Johnson and I regularly rent from Tim at this Broomfield location and he is simply amazing. No one works harder and no one is more dedicated. He does everything that he can to make sure that you are satisfied with your rental. He is always courteous, he is always professional and always has a smile on his face. I would not rent from any other location.

Absolutely zero consideration or integrity; they will charge you for an entire day just for being twenty minutes late, nobody picks up the phone so you can't even try to change your rental and they will increase the daily rate of your rental vehicle for their own convenience, even if it's the same car

We rented a Budget car in Broomfield and received a bogus damage charge 7 weeks after the rental. We had returned the car very clean, full of gas and without any damages caused by us. The car was inspected upon return by the agent who said it looked good and closed the contract. Obviously, Budget was trying to stick us with glass damage that happened after we returned the car. I have never had such a dishonest experience with a car rental. I have advised my family and friends of this scam and I will never rent a Budget Rent-A-Car again. Renter beware!

I rented from Budget while our car was getting repaired. During the checkout process on my phone there were 2 options. Either option is terrible. You will not be credited back days that you don’t need the car. Very hard to predict when you have a car in the shop. I couldn’t cancel my reservation either. I was stuck under a burdensome contract. This is maddening only because similar companies will encourage you to book longer than you need abs they would be glad to credit you for unused days. Shop Enterprise!!!!
