Poor customer service. I asked for a simple blunt one-length haircut. When the guy dried it after the haircut, the right side was significantly longer. I said something to him (multiple times) and he kept cutting the already shorter side. He then gets frustrated and starts laughing and speaking in another language to the staff while Janet is trying to fix it. My haircut is way shorter than what I wanted and is still uneven. Janet then tells me it can’t be one length because “that’s how it is.” Janet then tells me that my now haircut is uneven because of my previous haircut and asks me if I did it myself. WOW. I didn’t come here to be gaslit, just wanted a simple blunt cut.

Honestly don’t count out these guys. It’s definitely a no frills kinda place, but I chopped off my long hair here and got a bob for $25 and it was fantastic. One of the best cuts I’ve gotten. The male hairdresser did it and he was fantastic. Showed a Pinterest photo and gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend if you just want a solid cut on a budget.Service: Haircut

Paid ahead for my daughter..Haircut and high lights $78. Chopped her hair off without inquiring about length desired... Ended up with hair cut that will take a year or more to grow out..

I always come here to get my nails done by Lee and Quin and they are so lovely. They take their time! My nails always look fabulous. The massage and exfoliation is so relaxing. Highly recommend.
