I love Aspen Arbor Veterinary Hospital. All of the vets, the vet techs, and reception are wonderful. My dogs receive excellent care, they are thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend! I especially love Dr Grainger. She checks in with me about how the dogs are doing and how they are responding to a treatment modality (when needed).
I switched from Harmony Veterinary to Aspen Arbor when my male Border Collie was 4 months old, and my female BC a little over one year. I have never looked back and cannot be happier with the care they have received. Every single person I have encountered at AA has been caring, professional, and willing to communicate with me about my pet’s needs.

I am deeply disappointed with the service my pet and I received at Aspen Arbor. During our visit, the veterinarian prescribed medication without adequately evaluating my pet, which raised serious concerns about the appropriateness of the treatment. When I tried to ask follow-up questions to better understand the diagnosis and medication, the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. Their approach to my concerns were to push me off to another vet clinic and to tell me " best of luck".
Effective communication and careful prescribing are essential in veterinary care, and unfortunately, this experience left me with more doubts than confidence. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and attentiveness. My concerns came up over a week ago and my vet has yet to make any attempts in reaching out to me. I do not feel comfortable trusting my pet’s health to this clinic again and would caution others to seek a second opinion if they encounter similar issues here.
I hope the clinic reflects on this feedback and takes steps to improve its practices for the well-being of its future patients.

After a few years away from Aspen Arbor due to the loss of my pet, I returned with a new puppy. As in the past, the facility is spotless and everyone was kind and attentive. The folks at the front desk greeted me upon arrival, and made the checkout process fast and easy. Dr. Granger was very thorough in Murphy’s exam, while being so gentle. She answered all of my questions. The vet tech was great! Murphy was so relaxed with her that she was able to trim his nails without anyone else helping. I know that I will be able to trust Murphy with Aspen Arbor.

Gaige is a wonderful dog sitter. She’s passionate and patient with Jazz. She always updated me and took pictures of Jazz. I highly recommend Aspen Arbor for boarding anyone’s dog.

Dr. Palgrave is Tuzi's favorite vet. She is great to research when we have questions and just loves to give Tuzi love. Boarding has been awesome as well. Though Tuzi prefers other dog interaction, but I enjoy the peace of mind that her fun is one on one with a person. The ladies at the the front desk as always friendly and helpful.

We only consider boarding our dog at Aspen Arbor. The facilities and staff are excellent and keep us updated with pictures on how our dog is doing during his stay.

I’ve been going to Aspen Arbor for almost 10 years! They are truly amazing with everything they offer. I literally drive an hour there juat they are the only vet I prefer to use. I have used their emergency vet in Boulder and they are also very amazing. The only thing that I would say is even a slight downfall is that they are slightly expensive however, I do prefer that because I know I’m getting the best care for my baby.

I've been taking my goldendoodle to AAAH since she was a pup...she will turn 9 this August. They have always been caring, professional and don't try to "up-sale" you on things your pup doesn't need. Love them, and so does my doodlehead!
