What a wild ride it has been for the last few years! We went to a vet clinic and saw three of their vets who could not correctly diagnose lung cancer in a dog that lost his leg to cancer and had a cough? So, we chose The fancy five star google rated Animal Oasis only to get kicked out when we reported not being happy that they missed a lump on my youngest. Finally we came across, Dr. Chad Stewart he did an amazing job and even though they are far to close to another dog trainer we are glad we found him. If your dog is a little on the wild side go see Dr Stewart.

The appointment was at 9am. At 9:03 the assistant took my dog to the exam room to ask some questions. Then she took my Pomeranian to the back room for a checkup. In about 10mins the Vet, Liz came back with the little and explained what they found, said all was going well gave her a new cone and we were on our way home. Everyone was very friendly, caring and professional!!

Don't trust these people with your pet! If something happens, they won't care! They'll lie and act like they weren't responsible! And then COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR with ZERO communication! These people caused my dog, my BEST FRIEND, to get sick and die! They will LIE on their reviews and say they'll be in touch. THERE WAS NEVER A WORD FROM THEM! They simply DO NOT CARE. Do NOT trust them!!!!!
They will also DELETE reviews! They don't want you to know what a terrible business they are!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Dr. Filbert, Amy, and the entire staff were EXCEPTIONAL in helping us through saying goodbye to our beloved Golden Retriever. The compassion, kindness, and time they spent helping us make a difficult decision really made us feel confident we had done the best we could for our precious family member.

These people dare act like they care that they helped kill my dog? You have had a year and a half to reach out to me. I called you the day he got sick. I called you a week after he died. No one cared. You're only commenting on my reviews to save face and LOOK like you care for the rest of the internet. You just don't want bad reviews. You people don't deserve to care for our beloved pets!

We had a great first experience here. We took our 3.5 year old Boston terrier here. The process was easy, the prices were fair and the techs and vet were very nice and knowledgeable. Literally, the vet stayed in to explain and educate us longer than a human doctor has many times.Highly recommend.

If your not needing to communicate with the vet outside of your visit then it might be a quick place to get seen but your going to pay a pretty penny! You might as well go to the specialist for the price you pay and the poor communication. The front desk staff is questionable basically complaining that I'm calling them because I have questions about my sick animal after I spent hundreds of dollars. I'm trying to reach the Dr. I have never had such negative experiences with front desk staff basically implying that I am the one with the problem (& from what I've read this is not the first time that others have had difficulty communicating with them) I have worked in customer service and in settings with sick beings. The last thing I would think you would want to do when someone dealing with a sick animal is tell them that they are part of the problem and stress them out more. Very unprofessional and unreliable I won't go back. Waste of my time and money at this point And only once I wrote this review did anyone there call me or care to have anything to say... needless to say no call from the doctor They have some HR work to do if they want to be a reputable reliable vet! Good luck

I would not have survived losing my best friend if it wasn't for the expert and compassionate care provided by The Animal Doctor- namely, Dr. Filbert. It has been one of my greatest joys to look after my two elderly girls (18 years old!) and to be gently guided through the process of saying goodbye to my Bella. The staff at The Animal Doctor cares about their patients and pet parents and go above and beyond to provide the best care- working with owners to find right treatment for our furry loved ones. I can't recommend them enough.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to make sure all 6 of my pets are cared for by the best!! I won't take my furbabies anywhere else, and I am so grateful I have found the Animal Doctor
