Our experience with American Moving was great. They showed up exactly on time and worked efficiently, and carefully. Our toddler even remarked at how fast the guys were moving! They were careful with our things, respectful, and friendly. Ismael, Octavio, Danny, and Jose were awesome and we would definitely use them again!

Ismael and Jason did a phenomenal job with my move. They very meticulous in the wrapping, packing and moved my furniture with extreme care. Aside from taking great care of my stuff, they were very pleasant gentlemen. I highly recommend this team and American Moving.

American Moving & Storage was amazing from start to finish! It was super easy to set up the move, and virtually send photos of the space I was moving out of. The day before the move I was contacted to confirm the appointment, and the day of, the movers arrived right on time. The crew was professional and courteous. The packing and the actual move took less time than expected, and all my items arrived in my new place in great shape. I will definitely recommend American Moving & Storage to my friends and family, and work with them again for any future moves.

My experience with American Moving & Storage was better than excellent. Ishmael and Jason were on-time, carefully listened to my hopes and concerns, immediately took action, and never stopped for a moment until the job was done. They are clearly experienced but also very interested in communication and customer satisfaction.
I will ask for them again as soon as the opportunity arises. From the beginning conversation with Fernando who scheduled the appointment, everything went smoothly. I will recommend this company and these people as often as I am able to do so! Thanks to all at American Moving; it is a very efficient set up with Joe at Dispatch and Alex at follow up…what great service at a stressful time!

All in all, it was a good move. The employees worked hard and were eager to please. My furniture arrived on time. Unfortunately, the move was complicated by a snowstorm and a mover who became quite ill during our long distance move.
There were definitely a few rough spots, and the slow and terse responses from one person initially made me angry.
However, my complaints eventually made it to Gabriel, the owner of American Moving. Gabriel was genuinely concerned about my issues and feelings. He addressed each issue (no matter how small) with compassion for both myself and his hard-working employees. Best of all, he used my complaints as a tool for improving American's processes.
I am satisfied with the owner's response, and feel that his company is the better for having encountered and over-coming our challenges. I now feel comfortable recommending American Moving for your move, whether it's across town or across the state. Gabriel is an honorable person and owner, and he will make sure your move is done right.
I would give the move 4 stars out of 5.

Ishmael & crew to a man were extremely efficient, courteous, patient, and SKILLED in moving my entire house. They made a really difficult time so much easier & happier. I could not be more impressed.

Ishmael and his team were awesome. They were fast, protected everything, and moved many awkward and heavy items through tight quarters with no damage to anything. They worked very efficiently, and we were quite amazed at how much each of them could carry at one time.
