Went in because of great reviews and wanted to help a small business. We were shocked by the prices after having just visited several of the retail chains. I understand that a small business can't always get the same wholesale prices as the chains, but I am talking 200 to 300$ more than the chains. The store was crowded with appliances but really had nothing exceptional. The owner seemed nice enough, but no way am I paying $500 to $600 more for a set than I would otherwise.

Unfortunately, I decided to go here instead of going to a regular store like Costco at Home Depot because I wanted to help out a small business owner. First off, he delivered the wrong washer. He gave me the right dryer so they weren’t matching like I had requested. I had specifically told him that I needed a five or higher For the washer he gave me a 4.1 which is the tiniest washer and that was not going to work for my family. I went back and I told him I confronted him that he gave me the wrong washer. He would not look me in my eyes. he finally said oh OK you’re right I gave you the wrong washer and he said well I am not going to deliver it even though I paid for the delivery fee. He said I will not take it upstairs. You have to have the washer brought down to the garage area and we will deliver it. Not knowing he would give me a washer that was already used. It wasn’t in the box or anything when I went to buy the washer. He specifically said he did not sell used washers. I spent 1600 and I felt totally ripped off to shreds. Considering what I have been through. I am so upset with this process. Please don’t go in here. He will be scammed too. Now this new washer he gave me is not working. I am going to have to call my bank and dispute the charges.

I was fortunate to discover this Company when I was in need of a suite of kitchen appliances for an investment home.The owner graciously accommodated me by oening the store for me on Sunday.This is an established business of 30 years with an excellent reputation for value and service. They do their own installations rather than using a third party.I recommend the Company wholeheartedly and expect to do more business with them.

Wow - this place was a great find! After shopping around, I found exactly what I needed (dryer and refrigerator) at better prices than anywhere else I looked. The customer service was great too.I'm adding to my original review. This past week I needed a new washer and dryer. I was able to contact the store owner and get a new beautiful washer and dryer set installed the very next day. I was too busy to go the store, so I was able to tell him what I needed over the phone. Amazing customer service!! I will never go anywhere else for my appliances.

A wonderful discovery right in Broomfield, and the place we'll be going for all our appliances from now on! We were stressing when our washer died unexpectedly. The factory outlet chain store let us down--unable to deliver or haul our old one, essentially adding hundreds onto the cost. We looked for another option. Turns out, super close to home there was this wonderful place and we had no idea. They had a range of options, all substantially discounted. The owner (Brian, I believe) was really helpful and clearly cared about making sure we got the unit and service we needed. He delivered it himself, took the time to make sure it was connected and ran as expected, and he hauled away the old one. The service couldn't have been better. Highest recommendation.

Great customer service Bryan was so helpful. Went on a Saturday to look for a new stove found the one I wanted, they have good deals. I was scheduled to get it delivered on Monday, got home to check how many prongs it had on my old stove moved my stove and I guess there was a bad connection and it just die. I called Bryan to let him know how many prongs I needed and told him what had happened he was so amazing he told me don’t worry I will get it to you today I was so grateful. Thank you American discount appliance will definitely recommend to all my friends.

I bought a full Kitchen Set (Oven,Fridge,Dishwasher,Microwave) and 2 stackable Washer and Dryer sets. I HIGHLY recommend going to this store. The prices are very affordable and they even deliver ! I have a very unique door frame to put the appliances through, they worked with me and my situation very patiently. I also had a custom closet that I needed to put a stackable washer and dryer inside and they were able to install into the closet. These guys would call me very often, checking up to make sure I was happy with my appliances. There was even a a point I wanted to exchange the microwave to a smaller one and they didn't even charge me. They are a great company to work with. I highly recommend !
