These 5 stars make no sense. If I go in early on Saturday before 6 A.M. it's horrible. Usually all the slurpee machines are thawed, no food prepped, floors looked like weeks of never mopped, stuff all over the place. Food items are supposed to be 6 inches off the floor on a pallet these containers are straight on the filthy floor when stocking. And you're an inconvenience for coming in at all as well. The asian lady is amazing for customer service but she is there later. Everyone else, ?..Even going in at 10 P.M. once we got the oldest worst food that had sat in the heat lamp forever. Its gone down hill.

the 7-Eleven has very fast service considering it has gas pumps as well it's a very busy place but I've never had to wait in line more than 2 minutes very clean staff there is very friendly and helpful you can buy money orders there. it's very clean very accessible that two entrances to the parking lot. very close to home. I would recommend this business to anyone needing to stop quick and fast.

Every single time I come here the customer service is so horrible, always on thier phone calling someone about drama, not caring, having to wait until they are done talking on the phone, etc. Just today a women there made me wait until she was done on the phone, was super annoyed because she had to tell whoever she is talking too, to hold on, then just tosses the recipt like im a trash can, can sat down talking to whoever it is laughing. Usually I don't care nor make Google reviews but this is every time I come in!

usually i stop here in the morning to get a energy drink or coffee before work since it is down the road. this morning after parking and about to go in a employee asked me to move my truck so she could park there. there is no signs or anything that says employee parking spot. this is i just told her i was going in to make a purchase then leave. she still asked can you move your truck so i can park here. this is not ok. she waited next to me until i started the truck up to move. even if you were late for your shift or something you couldve let me make my purchase and then went and moved your car. she made me feel like i needed to move it right then. i would understand if there was a sign or something saying that was for employees only but there wasnt. so i started my truck up and left and didnt make a purchase.

Would never recommend anyone coming here their espresso machine is always out and we were told today that they will not get it fixed. And this was after we ask them politely about the espresso machine since it’s constantly broken and she was so incredibly rude and told us no. Even the heating and cooling company that always goes there said that they plan on going somewhere else as well because they never have anything working. I’m not sure why the owner has her at the front register she is foul rude and cold and has the most terrible customer service. We are daily shoppers and we will never waste our money at the 7-Eleven again not even to get gas. There are plenty of other places to go to good luck.
