These guys are such quacks. Biggest scammers ever. Never taking my car or any vehicle in my family back to them. They charged me $400 to tell me the AC in my car isn’t working, when I told them myself the AC in my car wasn’t working and my mom took her car there 2 years ago they only charged her $150 and now they’re charging me $400 for the exact same problem. It’s still a win for me because I only lost $400 and they lost loyal customers of a 4 vehicle family. Definitely never going back there. Already called Honda and Honda is only going to charge me $90.

I have had the best experience with 5th Gear! I have been looking to leave the dealership and find a great independent shop for a while now and I have found it. We took our car in for some suspension work, and 5th Gear diagnosed the suspension issue, as well as provided a comprehensive set of recommendations on future services. We ended up having the suspension work done, plus replacement of a drive belt that was cracked and close to failing. They were professional, responsive, positive and helpful throughout the process. When the work was completed, there was a mystery noise from the rear of the vehicle and 5th Gear spent significant time and energy to find the sound and fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure my car sounded better than it has in years. Thank you to the whole team and Ian for patiently working with me!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time with vehicle repairs. They were very straight-forward with what needed to be completed right away and what could wait. They provided me with updates during my repairs which I really appreciated. They were very professional and very kind. I plan to continue bringing my vehicle here from now on. Highly recommend 5th Gear!
