Went in on to ask a question about my account. There were 3 employees there and one customer. One was helping a customer, one was on his laptop and the other just standing around. I was told that there were 2 other people in front of me. There was no one else in the store. I was there for about 20 mins before someone came in. Then I asked what was going on as I was the only one there. They told me these people were in front of me, yet they were not in the store. I just had a questions about my account that would have only taken 5 mins. No one would wait on me as they were waiting for others to show up. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and their customer service at this location and the call centers are terrible. Thinking about changing my phone service.

Every time I go in to get help with a replacement device they don't want me to use their phone even though it's quicker than the website and calling personally. They expected me to know all the information that I never even got in the first place about my account. They we're also trying to rush me out the door. I work in customer service even if you're closing you stay open til the last customer leaves.

Rude. Rushed. Condescending. I wanted to buy a phone, at a phone store. Dude treated me like I was talking him into a prostate exam. You need a new job homeslice.

I went to this store today to replace a Google watch mine fell apart. I got Carlos at 1st he was friendly & nice. Then they did not have the particular watch. We found the watch I wanted. Went through all the ordering process, I paid more for overnight. He asked is this your address yes it is. Hit the order then said are you going to be home, no I work. I asked can I change the address to my business, Carlos got a big attitude & said snotty I guess I will have to call customer service. I stated you only asked if that was my address you never said what is a good address to ship to. I said if it is such a problem to help a Verizon customer of over 20 years to help change the shipping address I stated I will never come to this store, he got up & helped the next customer. Clueless how to be customer service. I sure hope I get my watch delivered & don't have to be home..

Let me begin by saying I took the time to schedule an appointment at this verizon. When I arrived, I checked in and made it a point to say that I had an appoint already and we should be helped out when the next rep become availible. The manager on duty was no help. She didn't help any of the many people waiting in line. Thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment, someone finally helped me out.
From this point the employee was not helpful in the slightest. The employee made no effort to help in the situation and blamed everything on the "system". She offered no guidance or other course of action for the situation and made it a point that "there is nothing I (the employee) can do".
After leaving worse than I came in, I called the Verizon direct customer support line. The operator was very helpful, figured out the best plan for me and my family, and made sure that I, a Verizon customer of 16 years, felt better and saved a little bit of money on my plan.
If I would pull anything away from this review, avoid this Verizon location at all costs. Instead call the customer service lines in the Verizon app and ask to speak with one of their operators.

I was seriously contemplating changing all my services to a different provider after this visit.
I walked in and was told there was a 30 minute wait. Not a huge deal, they were helping others and 30 minutes is perfectly acceptable. After an hour, I decided to attempt to order online instead of opting to wait, as other with appointments walked in pushing my wait even longer. Unfortunately, the online order locked me out and I ended up having to wait over an hour. How can you estimate a 30 minute wait and end up leaving individuals to wait in excess of an hour and a half? To make matters worse, I received the text (while sitting in the store) to return as I would be helped within 10 minutes.
Another 30 minute wait and nothing.
After working with Avery, his exceptional customer service, and professionalism, my feelings towards Verizon improved greatly. I ended up purchasing the phone and spending additional money as well. He should be commended for saving a $300/mo customer from leaving the store and changing to a different carrier.

Customer service is absolutely worthless. I'm having a service issue at my house and they can't do anything about it. They directed me to the customer service line which is just as worthless. Looks like I might have to try T-mobile.

I gave them a star just so that I could make my rating. Lets just say the so call business account manager Alba Maldonado is a joke ( I want to use another word but I'm being nice). She gave my husband a promotion for his business phone, that 2 months later he has not seen. She can never return a call, since we have called over 30 times and emailed her, she still doesn't have the professionalism to reply or return our calls. Plus apart from not receiving the promotion that it is owed to us, service all together is absurd. Call dropped, no mobile data available and customer services are worthless. If the owner reads this post know that ya are giving VERIZON a bad reputation.

I went to this store and was told I needed to call customer service. That store are just selling stuff. I think they don’t have any one that knows how to fix or understand anyone problems. Don’t go there and waste your time.

1000000% complete bait and switch. I read several reviews where i get offers and discounts. I'm looking to upgrade my phone for an $800 credit. NOT A CHANCE when i go to the store. And......this is a corporate store, not a franchise. I have been a customer of Verizon for over 30 years and this is how i get treated. They could not possibly care less about their customers.DON'T GO HERE.

Went in for what was advertised as a "free upgrade." The rep spent 15 minutes in the back being coached by his supervisor on how to sell us a tablet that we never asked for. Since we declined the tablet they added $175 in fees when even though own our phones outright and were offered free upgrades.
