We took a vehicle to Excel yesterday morning and they spotted some things that prevented us from making a very costly mistake in buying this truck. “I came out to Colorado to visit family. I noticed that my truck had a leak which looked like transmission fluid. I wanted to get it checked out before driving 2000 miles back to Florida with it. I took it in to see Dave. I really appreciated how honest, kind, and quick he was at checking it out for me. Turned out that my transmission was fine and it was actually leaking antifreeze. He could have sent me to a different mechanic since he is a transmission only shop, but he decided to fix it for me anyhow because he wanted to be sure I had a safe drive back home to Florida. And he charged me a very fair cost to do so. He definitely made me feel like he truly cared about me & my vehicle.”

“This is my third time coming back to this Christian Brothers because my experience is always absolutely amazing! My heater broke in the dead of winter and Josh offered to take a look at it on his own time and try a quick solution to fix it. No charge. Unfortunately it didn't work so I ended up coming back to have my heater repair and a 60k service done on my Volkswagen Jetta. I love how communicative this shop is and how everyone you talk to is always so so friendly. I love that they do a courtesy inspection and you get that messaged to you. The breakdown of this report is phenomenal. I asked how much my 60k would be and they said they had to look at it first to see what needed to be done. That is the right answer! If I went to a dealership they would have just told me to do everything whether it needed it or not. Everything was priced well and I'm so so glad I chose them. I will continue to choose this location and this company. They had a shuttle service that picked me up from my house and everything. Absolutely amazing service. This shop takes all the worry away for me about going to deal with car things as a woman. They explain things, are genuine, and really recommend things you need instead of taking you for a ride. My heater is blowing nice hot air now and I feel so so much better and safer about driving my car around. Thank you to Josh and the whole team!”
