My father had passed and he had an account at this branch, Rose was very inconsiderate, could care less about anything and in her words that she used "its not my company" and "its not required". I understand there is bank protocol and procedures and you have to respect them. Being a federal involved company that a bank is I would thing there would be more quality of employee and professionalism. When it comes to collecting important information from an individual when they are standing in front of you in a current situation you would think you would get the beneficiary number from them so you can contact them for the needed steps. If you want them to wast your time, not use common sense, and not have any level of accountability or professionalism this is your bank but I hope you care about your money more then that. Most of us have to work hard for it.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place at all costs. They were happy to take my elderly aunts money and tie it up at .05 interest but attempting to get it out is ridiculously difficult. Brighton Branch on 4th, absolutely NO customer service at all.

They’re very difficult to work with and don’t work with their customers as much as they could. And have a little more understanding. Would never recommend these guys.

We went to transfer money to a different account, take some cash out of our account, and get checks. Debra treated us like we were a burden. She was very rude and repeatedly said we were "Trying to confuse her." Blaming the customer, and sighing and complaining out of inconvenience, a very unpleasant experience. Would rather drive to a different branch than have her dealing with our money.

The ATM never works. The drive through was under construction and could get no service that way. Doesn't help people who can't get there until after 4pm. ☹

They have the worst drive through services and they haven't put the ATM machine for a long time?

worst. bank. ever... among a huge field of worthy contenders, like Chase and Wells Fargo. They will jack your interest rates, slam you with late fees, chargebacks, charge interest on interest, and (remember) you are paying them to do this to you. The only pleasure you will ever get from this bank is firing them, by upgrading to some marginally mediocre financial institution (sorry if I didn't tell you how I *really* feel about Valley Bank and Trust, but thankfully, the English language doesn't include words that are strong enough).
