We haven't lived in CO long and after a bad experience with staff at a UPS store we came here. Glad we did, I'll come here from now on even though it's half an hour away!”
“I rarely have to use mailing services but after my last episode at the post office and outburst in Thornton I promised myself I'm never doing back there. This Mailbox express has USPS, FedEx, DHL and a lot more for the same prices as the company offers. The staff is polite and friendly not angry and uptight like at the post office. I'm just going to come here for now on because they have everything I need, plus it's closer to home and no line not even holiday time. The government Post Office can kicks rocks!”

She saw a defeated tired mom who got her dates mixed up for an appointment. She took my anyway even though I was a week too early. I am so appreciative of her kindness. She definitely didn't have to help us but she did. Thank you Debbie. Post offices get a bad rap (my local office in erie included). I'll be traveling to this office for all my postal needs now!”

I originally went to Walgreens on 136th and Colorado and was told they couldn’t send my items with just the QR code. Adam was able to do it all! “I’ve lived in Firestone for a little over a year and a half now and have visited this post office a handful of times. I have had nothing but good experiences there so far. It is a little on the smaller/older side, but the staff have always been very friendly and welcoming towards me. and they always answer my questions thoroughly. I don’t hate going to the post office nearly as much as I did before moving here — LOL.”

“Very inconvenient to make the drive to the postal office to find out they're closed for lunch from 1-2 o'clock. Really needs a face lift in there too. The line moves quickly. And the ladies have all been nice so far.”
