Absolute worst!! Things were great at first and then we had a check not clear and wow did things go down hill from there. I accept responsibility on a check not clearing so I don't blame them for that. However, they never even bothered to call and let me know it happened and that we wouldn't be getting fuel that day. Then when I called to see what we could do to quickly get this resolved cause we needed fuel and I never got a call back from Becky. It took me 3 days of calling to finally get her on the phone and then she was about as rude as could be. To help you understand, we paid COD on every delivery, and had 1 check out of who knows how many not clear. So please do yourself a favor and don't use Sam Hill. Diesel Direct kicks butt. Wonderful customer service and they truly value their customers.
