I was in need of a medium sized loader and found a Deere 644K in my price range at Prestige. I called and talked with Kate about the machine. Within a few hours we had a deal. Kate then helped get the machine shipped to me over the Holiday weekend, even though they were officially closed. The machine arrived the morning after the Holiday (trucker drove a day and a half, including through the Holiday to get me the machine). Machine works as expected and described on the web site, and I would definitely go back to Prestige for another machine. Thanks Kate, I appreciate all your efforts in getting this done quickly for me!!

Buyer Beware. This place can't even begin to understand the term "mis-advertised". "Runs Well" should not include needs a new clutch and is bleeding out at the same time. Customer service was bad at best, lots of red flags, guess you live and learn and never return

Showed up an hour early to unload equipment, local fella showed up 15 minutes before opening, ended up unloading the local guy before me. Asked the the fella running the place why he skipped right over me. And he proceeded to tell me "he's a local" wasn't very impressed by the professionalism coming from the manager. Couldn't imagine what his sales customer service is like.

They talk a good talk, will never even think about buying anything else from them. Almost spent $50,000 dollars and I asked if they would service it they said no problem. Yes it got kinda greased but then I checked the oil, looks like chocolate milk. I guess I should of went and looked at it before, but I have faith in people, but not these people. Never buy anything from these people on there word go do a good inspection on what you are buying Because these guys will tell you what you want to hear
