Worst experience ever and it was COMPLETELY on their end! Waited 2 hrs with my infant son with no help just kept getting told call Medicaid, call member services, when the error was on their end! They work there they’re suppose to know how to help customers and they did far from that! They Made it seem like it was my fault with no assistance trying to help me and make it right. Those are the pics of the time I ordered the meds and the receipt when I finally was able to get the medication after been given the run around.

Waited in line for 45 minutes with my 1 year old. Gave them my paper prescription, my name was added. Told me an hour no problem I understand how busy they are can’t have my 1 year old running around he has no patience came back an hour later my prescription was ready they wanted me to go back in the long line for pick up. Your process needs to be smoother you have 2 checkers have someone be the line for check ins. The names on the board that have been waiting serve them you need to be more efficient. Of course if you have time help with check in.
What are the elderly suppose to do that can’t stand, when the line is around the hallway.

We have been here for almost an hour (with checking in 20 min prior to appointment) and still waiting in the waiting area for my MIL to be seen. Seems like everyone else who has been checked in after her has been getting seen. And the attitude from a nurse when asking a simple question on why. This is why I personally left this establishment and gone to the Hidden Lake location myself, and hopefully my MIL would follow suite after this. So far the professionalism has been poor. Hopefully the pharmacy and labs won't follow suite like the ones up here on the second floor.Definitely editing the rating. Pharmacy and lab's employees were awesome and my MIL doc and her nurse was actually amazing. But the others 0.

I just spent an hour at the pharmacy being ignored and then talked down to. Kaiser coverage is awful. I spent $500 for a prescription that I used to pay $10 for with past insurance. The technician was not knowledgeable about the medication and offered no solutions other than going without.

Always in and out quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Very thorough in telling me about my prescriptions. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.
