They have not had the part I needed the last three times I have been there. Their customer service is subpar as well. Overall I have trusted Napa for 25 yrs, but the brighton store is one of the less desirable locations. Avoid this store if you can.

I am a widow of a little over a year. I'm learning how to deal with all the equipment things my husband did. I went into NAPA today with the battery out of my lawn tractor. There were two people together being helped at the counter. I stood there for a while without being acknowledged, holding the battery which was a little heavy for me. A NAPA employee came up from the back with a part for the two being helped. The two employees then visited with the customers.The employee from the back turned around to leave and the other employee told him to help me. The individual was not friendly at all. I told him about my battery and he said I probably garbaged it and would need a new one, but he said they were selling out fast so they probably didnt have any. Luckily there were 2 left. He got me the new battery and I said thank you, and he said nothing. He was gruff and unfriendly. It was an uncomfortable experience. A simple smile and common courtesy goes a long way, especially for someone like me whose new to all this stuff.

This is a great local store. There are a lot of competitors in the area, but I like this one the best. They are very friendly and willing to help and get you what you need. Juan in particular is very good.

This place had badly needed changed up for a long time. Jaun has done a phenomenal job of turning this store into the Napa it should have been for years!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They have a great crew as well now!
