I went in to pay my bill and add a line. But neither employees knew English very well. They had to call someone on the phone to translate for them. So I just paid my bill and left. I'll just go to a different location to add a line....

Came in today to pay my bill and get a new phone. Arlette was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was asking for and was easily about to get me what I needed. She made getting a new phone set up quick and easy for me and I am very happy with the service.

A young guy was outside and as soon as he saw us pull up he jumped in his truck and said the store is closed due to no service. I mean come on is 2:30pm and web says they closed at 6pm. So ridiculous

We have a family plan at an incredible price with Metro. When we bought new phones and had issues with one of them, Danette went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. She has amazing customer service skills and is super friendly and can help customers in both English or Spanish. Very sweet.

I needed to get a new phone service, so I went here.. if I had known the experience I would have had I definitely would have just gone across the street to boost.. so I walk in and I'm greeted by a short little brown dude wearing glasses and was already not happy about the fact that he had to even get up let alone do his job and setup new service. Then kept trying to force 2 phone lines on me when I clearly stated from the beginning I need one. Then when he's getting the phone setup tells me to go sit down over there and he would get it done in a minute. Didn't bother to get me the info to start my amazon prime. That's fine whatever I left the service worked, ok. Then I came back to switch from the aristo 3+ to an iPhone 8 Plus I have.. he catches an attitude right off the back as I come back to the store, tells me that I have to wait a month before I can switch it to the iPhone, then I ask him to get customer service on the phone cuz it just sounds so crazy that you can't switch to a different phone for that long, he then refuses to call, grabs my phone and then calls customer care from my phone, this kid is a straight up PUNK !! He was agitated from the time I walked in, and then when I was on the phone with metro just stood there with his arms crossed like he was upset that he was having to keep the store open for the next 45 mins until closing time this was at 7:15 they didn't close until 8. This is literally the WORST MetroPCS I've ever been to. Wish I could give negative stars to be honest because that's all they deserve, maybe if the next generation weren't lazy POS's it might help, hell replace those idiots with automated tellers less BS
