I was not able to get help in the paint department, called to file complaint, and was not able to talk to a manager. Bad customer service??
Horrible customer service, self pay manager don't know what she is doing, I wish I had gone to The Home Depot.

From now on, I guess I will shop online. And not have to deal with the idiots working there.

I ordered flooring, transitions and a stairnose from this store. The delivery arrived a day later than expected, not too big of a deal there. But they did not send the stairnose. Calling them amounted to over an hour on the phone waiting on hold most of that time. They're going to send me the missing stairnose but they can't tell me when. This was a huge time waster out of my day. I would not recommend buying from Lowe's unless you have endless time on your hands to manage the process yourself.

Underpaid security, I mean employees. Scan your own stuff then get questioned and monitored for doing it. I get people might be dishonest while scanning their own things, but don't stop me to make sure I did because your underpaid and under qualified profiling of me and have some idiotic sense of blind loyalty for a corporation that'll raise prices but not your wage....

Every time I come here I get so irritated with the lack of in-stock items and lack of customer service. It seems this location recruits from Walmart rejects for staffing. Hayden specifically is worthless. Headed to Home Depot like I should have from the beginning.

I just moved to the area, and unfortunately this is the closest Lowe’s to my house now. The first time I went in, I needed something off the top shelf so I had asked for an associate to help. They called over the intercom for someone to come help me and and I stood in the same place for 15 minutes before deciding to leave. After that experience I decided I would just do a pick up order. I placed my order for “same day pick up” on Saturday. It is now Tuesday and I decided to give the store a call to see what is going on. After being on hold for 15 minutes and 2 customer service representatives later. I got a “I’ll give it to the fulfillment person in a bit”. Glad to know that my order that I’ve been waiting 4 days for is not a priority for them. Unfortunately I am going to have to give up my veterans parking and drive the extra 5 minutes down the road to the Home Depot since I have yet to speak with a single competent person at this location.

Bought a tool box, paid for assembly, had it delivered and 5 of the 9 drawers don't open, drawer liners are missing and the power cord for the side ports is also missing. Called Lowes and because I don't have a weekday available for another month, this box has to sit in my garage acting as nothing more than a fancy looking counter top until the end of June. Assuming they fix it on the spot, I'm probably going to have to wait another month to have a new one delivered. Called Lowes Delivery on a separate number and was told a manager would be calling me back shortly--never heard from them. Overall, horrible experience with Lowes. All of this isn't worth it for a toolbox.
