I was in the afternoon of Sunday needed some facial wash, there was a lovely young woman stocking the aisle and asked if there was anything she could help me with! She helped me find what I needed and I thanked her and headed to another aisle, I heard her ask the next person on the aisle if she could help them! She was a delight, very friendly and so helpful! I did not catch her name (my bad).

They didn’t have some of the advertised products in stock and he went to check on everything. He stopped what he was doing and was able to help with a few other items I needed. Definitely went above and beyond to help.

The terrible self checkouts are a company wide problem. This location has many other issues to deal with. Popular items are frequently not stocked. Milk is often expired. Bathrooms are nasty. If you go through a regular checkout, nobody bags your groceries. This used to be my favorite Kings. Obviously something has changed in he way they do business. Sad.

Do not use their pharmacy!!! My nurse called them Saturday to make sure they had my meds because I needed them as soon as possible. They told that they have them. I called a bunch of times checking on the status through the machine. Couldn’t get any answer, so then I tried to talk to a pharmacist on Monday. Three times a lady answered and then put me on hold and when I was on hold too long it started ringing again and someone picks it up and it disconnects me. This is after 15-20min of being on hold. I check through the machine if I have any scripts later that day and it says yes and it’ll be filled tomorrow (Tuesday)!! I call today to double check before I drive there and they say they are now out until Friday!! It’s Covid medication so it won’t even work if I get it that late…

I can not get a hold of the pharmacist or anyone to figure out what’s going on with my meds. I called three times and she puts me on hold and then when it starts ringing again she hangs up on me. I just want to know if they are out or what’s going because I have Covid and need this medication badly.

My husband and I were purchasing groceries and grabbed a couple of bottles of wine for last minute Christmas gifts. The cashier (apparently also a supervisor - Hayley) refused to sell the wine to us because I didn’t have my purse (and therefore ID) even though my husband had his. (I am 55 and he is in his 70s so it’s not like there was any question of us being underage.) I told her I’d leave so he can just get it and she said no because she knows I’m with him so she won’t sell it to him. And even if he went back later by himself she said she wouldn’t sell it to him. (She’s running the front end so would prevent any cashier from letting him purchase wine.) Then she picked it up and stomped away with it.That is over the top and simply a power trip on her part. I could easily walk home from there, we could’ve come in separate cars… what business is it of hers where we go after leaving the store? Or if/why one of us comes back.If I’d gone out to the car first or still been in the store she wouldn’t even have known we were together. We just happened to go through the checkout at the same time. This was completely unnecessary and caused us great inconvenience.I called and spoke to an assistant manager - Devante. He told me it’s their policy that ALL people have to have ID to buy alcohol but agreed with what I said as far as the rest of it being over the top and said he’d speak to her. For whatever that’s worth. (I’ve worked in this business and I know this was just about her.)Ultimately, after Hayley wasted so much of our time, we decided not to go back to that store - ever - and that the best we’d be able to do is warn others. So, if you are shopping at this King Soopers and you’d like to get some wine and you have your kids with you (or anyone else) they’d better have ID or you will not be making your purchase. There are tons of liquor stores in Brighton and tons of places to get groceries for that matter - we will be sure to mention this experience to everyone.Merry Christmas Hayley. Goodbye King Soopers.

I don't get how there hasn't been a mass protest on the annoying self-checkout machines at all King Soopers. Please make it stop talking immediately after every item is scanned. Take a clue from walmart.

Not happy with the pharmacy. I'm w diabetic and need my insulin, they're always put or claim it's on back order. There's so many people who need insulin, why don't they make sure to always have a reasonable amount of all types of insulin in stock, this is a life necessity medicine and always being out of stock is unacceptable p table.

Alejandro helped my husband and I set up our king soopers app so we can make purchases withing our app. He helped us understand how to use it also, because we are almost 50 years old.. and not that tech savvy. Thank you Alejandro at king soopers fuel center!! We appreciate you so much for going above and beyond to help customers!! You're awesome!!
