Worst gas pumps in the Denver Metro. Need to upgrade their pumps for touch capability. Every time I try to fill up there and use my rewards I am unable to because the card readers are trash.

This store is fabulous! The first time I’ve been in and will make this my location of choice had everything I needed and more one stop shopping!! Highly recommend.

Terrible. Customer service is non-existent. The store is manned by teenagers who seem to be doing their best, but are managed by incompetent front line managers, that are managed by crooks at the upper, store level. I expect posted pricing on goods to be wrong and now take photos of the signage when I know the price will not ring up the same. When it does ring up incorrectly, they do nothing to correct the problem at is core. They may fix the pricing for you but do not correct it so that they can overcharge other unsuspecting customers. Kroeger and this location have turned into a shamful, greedy business.

I have been coming here for 5 years, I have never had a single
Complaint about an employee or customer service until today. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received here in the hundreds of visits I’ve made. I’ve purchased medicine and alcohol here on numerous occasions and I have never received so much disrespect and attitude from staff about taking my drivers license out of my wallet not to mention I was purchasing children’s Tylenol, obviously
In a hurry and 9 months pregnant. The staff member who treated me extremely rude also informed me she’s a front end manager. If that is the person responsible for managing team members here and setting the expectation that treating customers with that much attitude is acceptable this interaction was enough for me to start going completely out of my way to a different store to purchase my groceries. Might be time to give the managers some new HR training on how to not be so incredibly rude to customers. I left feeling so disrespected and condescended.

The prescriptions are never ready it takes several days they always blame it on those pills had to be ordered and haven't arrived. after this, I'm going somewhere else.

I was in the afternoon of Sunday needed some facial wash, there was a lovely young woman stocking the aisle and asked if there was anything she could help me with! She helped me find what I needed and I thanked her and headed to another aisle, I heard her ask the next person on the aisle if she could help them! She was a delight, very friendly and so helpful! I did not catch her name (my bad).

They didn’t have some of the advertised products in stock and he went to check on everything. He stopped what he was doing and was able to help with a few other items I needed. Definitely went above and beyond to help.

The terrible self checkouts are a company wide problem. This location has many other issues to deal with. Popular items are frequently not stocked. Milk is often expired. Bathrooms are nasty. If you go through a regular checkout, nobody bags your groceries. This used to be my favorite Kings. Obviously something has changed in he way they do business. Sad.

Do not use their pharmacy!!! My nurse called them Saturday to make sure they had my meds because I needed them as soon as possible. They told that they have them. I called a bunch of times checking on the status through the machine. Couldn’t get any answer, so then I tried to talk to a pharmacist on Monday. Three times a lady answered and then put me on hold and when I was on hold too long it started ringing again and someone picks it up and it disconnects me. This is after 15-20min of being on hold. I check through the machine if I have any scripts later that day and it says yes and it’ll be filled tomorrow (Tuesday)!! I call today to double check before I drive there and they say they are now out until Friday!! It’s Covid medication so it won’t even work if I get it that late…
