Self Check out today the cashier on cell phone had total attitude having to respond to customer. Had item suppose to be on sale he proceeds to tell me that add changed. Today is Tuesday at 8am and he responded he should know he does the price changes. The new add for over 40 years has changed at 12am Wednsday!!! So if going to make up story to be right maybe you should know the facts since as you say this is your job.
The item was digital that had to be scanned on a 2inch sign I did not see at least as customer I took care of in honest way without attitude because on phone and dont want to be bothered doing my job. What happened to customer service and integrity.

Single shopping women beware!!!
The self check out cashier (older man, short, salt and pepper hair) on 07.11.24 @ 2:30 has been so rude on enough visits (this one included) that I need to leave this review. Cashiers are the last impression customers have. This man is not just rude, but condescending and disrespectful to me EVERY time I’m in this store without my husband. Single shoppers (woman) are practically a target for his arrogant rants when help is needed. You need to fix your terrible attitude and impact lives positively, if you are capable of holding a job, you are capable of kindness. Women don’t deserve to be treated like this. I’d go wait in line for a cashier but not one line was open. Just self checkout. Forced to deal with this guy. Just ugh.

This location is horrible . The produce is old and the deli food is awful. It always taste old .Its like they just put a new sticker on it when it expires. I just threw away my hard earned money because there deli food is disgusting.

Don't usually go to this King's Sooper so I don't know where everything is. Only one cashier and no courtesy clerk ( bagger). Cashier seemed overwhelmed.

I love the Starbucks in this King Soopers Amelia makes the best Drinks and has the heart of gold when making me iced Charmal Machiattos or Vanilla Bean.

With record profits, it's disappointing that King Soopers can't raise requests to maintain the parking lot nor keep lights on of their signs. Also, having annoying gates at the entrance is pointless as people can walk out just as easily when people are walking in. Combine poor maintenance with higher prices than Target and Walmart, I recommend skipping this place.

I lost my wallet today at 1 p.m. It's a Michael Kors brand. I left it in the cart. It came back after 5 minutes. A young man was moving the carts. A King Soopers worker said he didn't see anything.
