I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and have relied on Johnson Auto to perform all the maintenance. When we bought our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse, there was no question that we would be taking it to Johnson Auto for service. We had planned a family trip to the mall, but the vehicle died and would not restart. We had the vehicle towed to Johnson Auto, and I was told it would probably be a week before they could even look at it. The news was devastating, since the vehicle is modified to transport an electric wheelchair, and we would be prevented from going on more planned trips. My wife called and made an appeal to the service department but did not get a definitive answer about when the would look at the vehicle. Early the next morning, I got a text that told me they had looked at the vehicle. They had isolated the problem but wanted to run some more tests to be certain that was the only problem. The same afternoon, I received a call telling me the vehicle was ready for pickup. Thanks to Johnson Auto, we can be confident our vehicle is reliable and will allow us to go to planned family events over the holidays. I have made many referrals for Johnson Auto Jeep, and noe they will get many more for Chevrolet. I cannot express how much the prompt service and compassion for our family means. Thanks, again!

I gave the dealership 5 stars before because they were helpful in buying a new vehicle. I take that back.After buying the vehicle, I had a couple of questions about the Infotainment system after the free trial had ended. I contacted Katey my sales person and Rich her boss after not hearing back from Katey.Neither ever responded at all and I emailed them each a couple of times. Obviously, once your check cashes they don't give one dam about you. I find that hugely disappointing and rude. I don't deserve this disrespect and I won't accept it. There are surely better dealers out there than these people. I do not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here, they don't deserve your money and you don't need to have to worry about dealing with people like this.

It took a little while to get the vehicle we wanted due to limited supply. Taking care of the final transaction was quick-which was great. Still trying to figure out and get acquainted with the different features, but love the way it drives. Overall, very happy with the vehicle

Angie was amazing ! She worked hard to find us the perfect car in our price range. She even stood after hours to ensure we knew how to work our app and understand all the car features. It wasn’t just a sell me a car experience. It was the whole 10 yards. Thanks again Angie and Johnson Auto plaza.

Since leasing my GMC Sierra from Johnson there have been three open recalls that had part shortages. Understandable that it is not in their control how long the parts take. Fast forward 18 months later and 10 plus calls to service department with 6 of those calls just being blatantly lied to and even on the last to calls that the parts have come in and to schedule an appointment. Scheduled appointment for weeks in advance because it was all they had available. Even called on Friday to make sure if I arrange to drop off the truck on Sunday night that the parts are still available and ready for my appointment. All lies, went through all that trouble dropping the truck off and taking a $50 uber back to my house. No parts - only had a path detection that I already told them I didn't even care about and no heated seats or heated steering wheel like I just verified on the last two calls were available. Lied to back to back to back for months - they have no issue lying right to your face.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Bought a truck remotely via Rich, an Internet sales manager and was met with the truck at the airport when I flew in to pick it up (service!). My flight was delayed 3 hours into the evening and they stuck around the entire time...so kind!!! Thanks to Rich, Wanda, and Johnny! I'm very pleased with the truck, feel like I got a good deal, and it even came with a full tank of gas.

ALWAYS QUESTION THEIR SERVICE AND QUOTES. My truck went in for warranty work and inspection of the vehicle. I received a quote for the known issues that were under extended warranty but also "extra" items. The tech told me my rear brakes and drums were bad and needed to be done as they would not make it to the next oil change. The quote for just the rear brakes and drums was $900 I took them to another mechanic and had the brakes and drums inspected in which he said there was still about 3/4 pad left and the drums had no sign of degradation or anything outside normal wear. A dealership scamming is unbelievable to me but I know it's not uncommon. They did repair my warranty items and did a great job, just be cautious of the "extra" items because it's just "extra" money for unneeded work.

We purchased a pre-owned Grand Cherokee here and have always brought it here for service as needed. They have always treated us fairly and technicians have done well with vehicle maintenance/repair issues. The service advisors are professional and detailed with what is important to have done with the vehicle. Great service department team and management here.

We are loyal Johnson customers and with this purchase it makes 10 new vehicles in GM, Chevy, and Jeep. Todd Yoder always makes time for us no matter how busy he is along with being honest about the transaction. Todd is always efficient and knowledgeable with us. We know that we will be treated fairly and appreciated for our business. Angie Earle always takes the time to go through the vehicle and make sure we are comfortable before leaving the lot. Finance is completed quickly and efficiently so we are not wasting time.

On our way to Breckenridge, we encountered a mechanical problem due to a pothole on Interstate 76. Our ball joint broke and we were stranded along the road. After some online investigation and calling, we were referred to Johnson's Auto Plaza in Brighton, Colorado. I cannot put into words the seamless service we received. This place is the Best! Our truck was repaired in a timely manner along with top notch service. Thank you so much Rod, John and the rest of the Crew at Johnson's, especially the GMC Service Department. You all are amazing and we are grateful for everyone that helped us get back on the road. Thank you!

Came here to get a recall fixed on my jeep Cherokee. Very nice waiting area. Free coffee and water. They also had vending machines. Very clean and staff is super friendly.

Their service is terrible. Their service department is unreliable. I'm not sure if the mechanics don't know what they're doing or if Johnson's is just trying to rip you off we took our Cadillac in for air conditioning service and they quoted us $3300 and we messed with Johnson for almost 4 weeks with wrong parts for our repairs and so we took it to a Cadillac dealer And it was $900 and it was fixed in one day. This isn't the first time we had bad service but this will definitely be our last time. save yourself some heartache. and wrong information. Don't go to Johnson's auto Plaza.

I purchased a GM Certified Yukon Denali from this dealership, had it shipped to California only to drive 3 miles and have it break down. It needed a new engine, how could it have been certified? I contacted sales manager initially letting him know the vehicle broke down and he apologized, once I told him it needed a new engine I never heard back. On top of that I owe an extra $1,600 to DMV along with needing to get it smogged. I would prefer this be a no star review and would never recommend this dealership. This has been the worst vehicle purchase of my life.

I had the best experience with Johnson auto plaza as a whole and especially with Katey G. She was very helpful and just gave me the details straight up. I have never had a dealership look so hard into finding me rebates to save me money. She looked more even after I signed the initial agreement and she saved me even more money. I was in and out very quick with a brand new truck. I also asked them if they could program some cargo lights that I had put in myself and the service department was very helpful and did them no question. Highly recommend this place and It will definitely be my first choice to look for trucks again.
