“I bought a high end BOSCH dishwasher at the Brighton, Colorado Lowes. The salesman gave me a brochure that said there was an up to $300 rebate on installation. The dishwasher was delivered yesterday but when I tried to apply for the rebate online, my sales information wasn't accepted. I spend hours calling Loews Customer Service and rebate, BOSCH Customer Service and rebate. Each said it was the other's problem. I turned out that that particular dish washer actually didn't qualify for the rebate that had been handed to me. I finally went to the Brighton Lowes where I bought the dishwasher and talked to the store manager, Allegra. She understood that I was sold the dishwasher with the understanding of the rebate and refunded me the amount of the installation on my credit card. It's not often that you find a store that does the right thing like this for a customer.”

After she assisted me, I was much happier with my purchase. So much so that I decided to add another appliance to my order. I went back a couple of days later to adjust the order and she was able to help me, once again. I really appreciate the time Sharon spent and her patience while I made my decisions.”

“We come here from Denver to dump our portable black tank and it's very easy to fit, water works, not crowded. We drive the extra because it's the best we've found for this. Can easily fit a large 5th wheel or coach and you can drive forward into it and forward back out”
