Brought my company vehicle in for an overheating issue. They charged for a diagnostic and replaced the coolant temp sensor and flush and vehicle is still having the same problem. Had to spend $400 on towing the vehicle back to their shop. They the had my vehicle for 2 days and stated that I needed to take it to the dealer.
Needless to say I will no longer be bringing in my vehicles to Firestone for any maintenance and would not recommend them at all.

Took literally 11 hours to get a tire change. Brought my care in at 8am and was not ready till 7pm. When I come in for oil changes it still takes at least 3 hours and I’m waiting inside. Guys at the front desk are great but this location has no sense of urgency!

Zack and the team did a phenomenal job getting a patch job done on a winter tire/wheel. We usually avoid the rush and panic of the first snowstorm by keeping mounted balanced winter tires in our garage. I removed our winter tires from storage. One of them was completely flat and had a puncture in the tread. They did a phenomenal job on an incredibly busy day during a snowstorm to make sure we got our warranty patch completed before having to work Ski patrol on the mountain the next day.

3 times in a row.. car not finished so need to take it somewhere else after they had it for 4 hours. Always the same excuse.

Made an 8AM appointment for Oil Change and Tire Rotation, we called at noon on status and was advised they would have it in the bay and started in 10 minutes. 330PM arrives and they still hadn’t even touched the truck. Wont use this store or Firestone again.

Took my daughter’s car there last week for tires. Steve really took care of me. He went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I took my truck there yesterday for some diagnostic stuff and again totally impressed. They were short handed but still made time to make me understand the process. I sighed up for the credit they offer to save me some cash. Zack today helped me out when I pick it up. I’m so glad I found this shop.

They did my oil change, but neglected to do the tire rotation I asked for, which is a big deal on a Heavy Duty vehicle that drives 1500 miles per week pulling large trailers. When I picked up my truck they had dumped the entire contents of my glove box and center console all over the floor and front seat.

First time customer, I set my appointment online the week before, then called to confirm that they would have the tires selected. When I arrived, no one was up front. I had to go to the shop door and get the service writer's attention as he was on his cell phone watching something. Then they put on different tires which were okay, but not those I had selected earlier which were a little better tire. I probably will try another tire store when I need tires again.

Worst place ever to do business with, management clueless and running this place into the ground. Had them do a complete brake job on my SUV, rear was making noise and shaking when brakes applied, took vehicle back and they confirmed new rear rotors are warped and couldn't fix them that day, they have since avoided my calls and when I go by there they have some kind of excuse as to why it can't be done today. Finally got an appt. and dropped vehicle off at 8am and supposed to be finished around noon but at 3pm it still hadn't been touched. got in vehicle and left. Les Schwab will fix your mess and I will see you in court. Today 10/07/24 Les Schwab performed a real full brake job on my Acadia, Firestone charged me 4 x $152 for 4 new rotors and Les Schwab says they have never been changed, they are stock with the vehicle and they just installed new brake pads only. Also the lugnuts on 3 of the wheels were just a little over hand tight and they said i was very lucky not to have lost a wheel. I will be looking into my legal options at this point. The owners of this place are just as bad as the people they hire, don't trust this place.

Avoid This Place – Wasted My Time and Never Completed the Inspection
I scheduled a free inspection for my car, thinking this company would be professional, but it was a total waste of time. I arrived for my appointment and waited far longer than promised, only to be met with rude and unprofessional staff who acted like they were doing me a favor.
To make matters worse, they never even completed the inspection! After waiting, they claimed to not be able to finish and couldn’t get to my car, with no apology or alternative offered. If they can’t even handle a basic free inspection, I can’t imagine trusting them with any real work.
Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t value customers' time or respect basic courtesy.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received at this Firestone complete Autocare! After a long road trip I started hearing and feeling discrepancies in my braking and a pulling sensation in the steering. So I decided to stop in and I spoke with the store manager Steven Jones. He and his team provide expert advice and got my brakes fixed, did an alignment and pointed out other issues that needed attention I was going to wait on a new set of tires for after our road trip but I was so happy with the service /sale price and the fact the my tire warranty would be valid at any firestone I went ahead and upgraded to a new set. I would just like to say to Firestone that the level of care and service that was provided is something that is not seen in most shops around the country! I am very appreciative to Steven Jones and his team of Top Notch Technicians and I Highly recommend them!
