The store in general has great prices good products. My issue is with the staff. I went shopping yesterday morning to pick up a few things. A phone cord. I walk in and immediately turn towards: the counter, that’s usually where you will find your phone cord. And the one lady asked me all dramatically. ‘“Are you OK?’ of course I didn’t say nothing but I thought to myself. What the hell does this lady think I’m on drugs or What? So I finished my shopping up. and spent $70
I go in this morning and before I go to spend another$60-$100, I’m sitting in the parking lot trying to calculate some things for work, the same two old hens that were working in there yesterday morning come outside For a good 15 minute smoke break. The whole time staring at me talking back-and-forth back-and-forth. Five minutes later I have the Brighton police knocking on my window asking me if everything was OK. Give me a break. ladies.Again the old hens thinking everyone is up to no good. How about the Brighton Police Department? ?thank them all for their service . Wasting their time because two old hands think everybody’s up to no good and they are allowed to judge others, got nothing better to do than smoke cigarettes, and gossip. Telling Police they are concerned for my health. If the y were that concerned, they could’ve walked up to my car and knocked on the windowI
Ill leave it at this, I left the store. I did notice t go shopping and I will never step foot in that place again . Nice job ladies.

It's a wierd mashup of reasonably priced dollar tree items and over-priced name brand items, with none of the selection you would hope for. It's better to go to dollar tree for a better selection of cheap stuff, or walgreens for the name brand stuff (if you are trying to avoid the giant box stores). I occasionally find some good cheap clothes, but it's so hit or miss.

The lady working a little too chatty with the people in front of me but she was friendly regardless. They had everything I needed and that's what really counts.

BE CAREFUL PEOPLE MAKE SURE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES REMOVE THEFT DEVICES FROM YOUR PURCHASES! So I spent over $200. in the Brighton Store just a week ago, one of my purchases was a small blanket that cost $10. Well Howell forgot to remove theft device, so I go in to have it removed, and again same employee named Howell would not take it off even though he was the one who didn't take off in the first place. Instead he called me a thief in front of other customers! Very insulted to be treated like a criminal over a $10. blanket. I had my receipt on my phone because I never planned on taking anything back, but without actual paper receipt he would not remove it. He wouldn't even look at my receipt! Will never spend another dime in that store!

Very bad consumer service. The employees are very rude. Four employees working and they have the entrance door locked? And they clearly see people outside. Get better employees!
