Stopped by these morning to buy some fruit and vegetables the prices they have advertised are just a catch,when it comes to pay,you pay twice as much or more,complain about it and they do nothing,they said they don't knowI'll never go back again,totally pissedThey are robbing peope,stay away5 out of 7 items overcharged

Leann in floral was accurate, efficient and timely in filling my balloon order for my open house. She was nice too when I went in person to pick them up.

ANYONE WANTING TO USE THIS PLACE FOR PHARMACY: DONT. I have no problem with the store itself but they took 3 hours to fill a simple anxiety pill prescription that my dr said would be ready in about 15 minutes. They kept telling me 15 minutes when I waited almost 3 hours by the end of it. I had to keep going up to the window to check to see if it was ready bc no one could even remember or care that I had been waiting for that long. Go ANYWHERE else or wait 2 days before Even ATTEMPTING to pick up a prescription that is "ready for pickup" good joke! They will say just 15 minutes longer lol *3 hours later*. I literally didn't even give them my insurance card bc I didn't want to cause any more reasons to wait there longer

I've used the delivery, goes through instacart, still this is regarding the quality of an Applewood smoked pork tenderloin on an order 10/25/20, this was absolutely terrible. The seasoning was terrible the pork was mushy from over marinading there is not one redeeming quality of this waste of our time and money. But speaking of instacart: they have substituted crap: canned corn beef in lieu of corned beef Hash! Unsalted cashews in lieu of salted cashews, the asparagus is growing twigs as it is being delivered. Im thinking ill try Target forget King Soopers their meat has never ever been good anyway.No way to give feed back, the receipts don't have transaction numbers or dates.

I do not have an issue with the store itself, the place is clean and we'll maintained. However, the customers are being more diligent about our current mask policy than the employees. Every department I went through had at least one mask on the chin instead of covering their nose and mouth. These people are restocking the shelves and touching the product whilst defying a state mandate during a pandemic, one they can refuse service to customers for doing exactly what they are practicing. This is a training and leadership opportunity for the store, I hope they take it

I have been going to this King Soopers for 4 years now and I'm finally done. I live 5 min away and I will not mind driving 15 min more to a different Kings. The cashiers are consistently rude. I just left the store and I'm flabbergasted at the lack of customer service. They run out of carts/none in the coral often and when mentioned at the service desk, the response is also rude. The bakery took it upon themselves to change the size and color of a birthday cake I ordered. When I pointed out the mistakes, the bakery manager told me they thought the colors they chose were better. Lack of inventory is common place. It's a constant unpleasant experience. I wish I could give this store 0 stars.

The management team at this King Soopers does not care about their employees. They have an 84 year old man getting buggies outside right now in this blizzard. Why isn't there a younger person doing this. This gentleman doesnt even live in Brighton. He lives in Westminster. So he will have to drive home in this horrible weather! Why didnt they tell him to stay home or send him home early before the weather got so bad. How do they plan on getting him home safely?? Are they gonna pay for a hotel for him? What about clean clothes? Just horrible treatment of their Senior employess!!!!

Poor service rude manger . Seems to tear people like she owns the place. Just not a very nice group of management could do a lot better, and treating their local workers and customers a little bit nicer.
