Amazing service! Had to take care of a few things early this morning. The bank opened at 9am sharp and there was already a line outside the bank. Staff was ready to help everyone and a good handful of staff are bilingual!! Shoutout to Luis who helped us with our account. He was super nice and very helpful.

This bank is trash. ATM's don't work and the Associate's don't care to help customers with issues. Chase as whole is starting to suck. Thought and expected better from them.

I have been with chase for over 25 years. This is literally the closest chase between all Mt traveleling. For the past 3 months the drive up ATM has been down. I'm getting fed up and about to switch banks at this point because there's 2 new banks closer now.

Went through drive thru, to make a deposit. The supervisor asked for my id along with my debit card and birth certificate. I’m disabled and had to get down to deposit at walk in atm. Came off as racist, never happened prior to today…..

I been with this bank for years, since they have a variety of locations. Just a reminder to everyone if your debit card is lost or stolen and you have an authorized user who is your husband in the account linked to your personal checking account you can’t call and deactivate both cards they have to call personally each person even if you are the main account holder who gave them permission and access to your account. It’s the most absurd and illogical thing they have in place.Go through CITI or another bank. My husband was able to cancel my card without my permission because it’s his main account. I didn’t have to call and they didn’t have to verify my identity since it his main account. It was easy and convenient specially with stolen wallets.

Alex the branch manager has been extremely helpful. I have a deceased family member that banked there and I needed help figuring everything out.At such a difficult time Alex has helped immensely. He is very professional and accommodating, definitely has helped the process and explains everything.

I have found it extremely difficult to get through to a branch employee when calling in. I have called every few minutes for about 3 hours only to get the same automated message that they are "busy with other customers" after which the line disconnects.

My husband needed to get some documents notarized and he was met with a very negative attitude from the branch manager, Alejandro. Despite being polite and courteous, my husband was mistreated and we are assuming that it was because he was wearing work attire. My husband owns his business and went to help the boys today. I'm glad we didn't end up opening a business account with Chase, now that I see how judgemental this manager is.Not only was the manager's behavior unprofessional, but it was also discriminatory. We were deeply offended by the way he was treated and it has left a lasting negative impression of the bank. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I feel bad for some business that due to the lack of staff they decide to give employment to people like Alejandro and end up losing customers.Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience at Chase and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Very nice and professional staffs, especially the branch manager Mr. Alejandro Aviña and Mr. Jonathan Rojas. They called the 800 number and solve big problem for me. Thank you!
