It was the worst chase I have ever been to. Before going, I called to make sure that they could print out some papers so that I could get them notarized. I was told that they did do that. But when I got there, a fat Hispanic girl helped me and told me that she wasn't going to print them out because they weren't allowed. I told her I spoke with somebody at that branch before going and that they told me that they could print them out for me and she says "oh yeah, i think you spoke with me" but the person I spoke to was a guy ? If I spoke to you on the phone and you said yes, why are you saying no now?? Obviously she didn't want to do her job. And she goes ahead and tries to say I spoke with her when I didn't?? They wasted my time

Worst location. Employees need to be retrained on customer service. Drive thru ATM is always down. Don't even bother coming for a notary they are always too busy for you. Came in today to simply cash a check and they couldn't do that for me. So frustrating.

Amazing service! Had to take care of a few things early this morning. The bank opened at 9am sharp and there was already a line outside the bank. Staff was ready to help everyone and a good handful of staff are bilingual!! Shoutout to Luis who helped us with our account. He was super nice and very helpful.

This bank is trash. ATM's don't work and the Associate's don't care to help customers with issues. Chase as whole is starting to suck. Thought and expected better from them.

I been with this bank for years, since they have a variety of locations. Just a reminder to everyone if your debit card is lost or stolen and you have an authorized user who is your husband in the account linked to your personal checking account you can’t call and deactivate both cards they have to call personally each person even if you are the main account holder who gave them permission and access to your account. It’s the most absurd and illogical thing they have in place.
Go through CITI or another bank. My husband was able to cancel my card without my permission because it’s his main account. I didn’t have to call and they didn’t have to verify my identity since it his main account. It was easy and convenient specially with stolen wallets.

I have been with chase for over 25 years. This is literally the closest chase between all Mt traveleling. For the past 3 months the drive up ATM has been down. I'm getting fed up and about to switch banks at this point because there's 2 new banks closer now.

Went through drive thru, to make a deposit. The supervisor asked for my id along with my debit card and birth certificate. I’m disabled and had to get down to deposit at walk in atm. Came off as racist, never happened prior to today…..

I been with this bank for years, since they have a variety of locations.
