Machines constantly not registering quarters being put in. I put 4 quarters in and it said I only put 1 in. Some times the machines work but most times not. This place steals most peoples money and the owner does not care and never fixes machines. Stay away unless you like being stolen from.

$0.50/min, which was nice, but the lighting in the bay was pretty bad. I was there after sunset, and had a hard time seeing what i was doing.

It's nice and conveniently located by a couple gas stations in-between Brighton and lochbuie and it seems to always be clean, nice place to wash your car when needed

Used this carwash many times. One time it took my quarters and no one was there. The next time I was there Joey an employee had made things right with me and refunded my money. I appreciate him taking care of the situation.

It's probably highly unlikely that this review will actually save anyone frustration, because it's a DIY car wash and it seems unnecessary to need a review before going here, but the ine star rating of "hated it" is appropriate. The vacuum was a complete joke. It was literally like a Fisher Price kids toy, because it just made noise but didn't have any suction, an old Dust Buster would have done a better job. Luckily, I have rubber mats, so I just pulled them out and shook them off as best as possible and decided to spray them down with the car wash. I pulled into the bay and there was mud everywhere. Super annoying because then you track it back into the car when you're done, but not really the fault of the car wash. I chose to stay in the muddy bay because the one next to it didn't take credit cards (come on we're in 2023), and the two other bays were in use. I start washing my car and notice black marks on my hood, which weren't there previously. When I went to wipe it off I realized my hands were completely covered in grease, because the spayer and hose were totally covered in it and now it was all over my car from where the hose bumped it while I was walking around spraying. Of course, the janky soap did nothing to cut the grease at all. I was so frustrated at this point I decided to just scrap the wash. I walked over to the area where there was a sink to try and wash my hands, and of course, it was broken. No vending machines for towels or anything else that might be useful. I had some tissues in my car that I tried to wipe my hands with just to be able to drive home. I still had to put my mats back in the car, so now they have grease on them also. When I got home I had grease all over the back of my legs. It was a total mess. Now, I would also say the grease isn't really the car washes fault, that's some inconsiderate jerk who used it, but I will say the last time I was there, I saw an attendant clearing out the change machine, and going into the little office, but he didn't empty trash cans, and the bay I was in that day was also coved in mud (which he saw, and did nothing about). Clearly this is an owner or manager that doesn't care 1% about providing a good experience for customers. Never again for me.

The place is old and dirty and doesn't have the extras that most car wash places do like car fresheners, window wash, faux shammy's etc...it's only .50, but you get 15 seconds per quarter. And I've lost monies there to machines that dont ooerste after being fed coins.
