I had a very good experience at Bullet Automotive & Diesel. I felt very welcomed. Brandon was great and answered my million questions I asked he was very professional. And the shop was clean and had a great atmosphere to wait for my oil change. I'd highly reccomend these guys ♡

As always, the guys at Bullet are great! They explain things thoroughly and I never feel taken advantage of which is important for a single woman who has no expertise in automobiles. Was able to get in and taken care of right away. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Took care of an on going issue on my diesel truck. Having been to other shops Bullet is hands down the best. Extremely detailed diagnostic and took care of the issue right away. 5++ stars

I have had Bullet Automotive work on my car 3 times for different issues. They have been great with communicating what is wrong & how much it cost to repair it. They do a thorough check of everything for free just to make sure lights, wipers, ac, etc is working properly. The guys Brandon & Steve are so polite & easy to talk to & take the time to answer all my questions or concerns. Thank you for a job well done.

Thank you so much for the awesome work and for taking such good care of your customers! I received a quote from another shop for service that was recommended for my Jeep. Steve and the guys were able to take a look and determine that I didn’t need most of the things that were suggested, and they saved me hundreds of dollars on the service they did provide. I’m so glad I found an honest shop, and I will be returning to Bullet!

Customer service was top, and the work I needed was scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently with great communication. The shop includes a thorough inspection and an easy online approval process for services. The quote and final rate for what I needed were certainly reasonable and without surprises. I have their number saved now.
