Almost Home assisted me through their respite program to get into a beautiful apartment. I couldn't have been able to afford the deposits in addition to the first month's rent without their help! They are life savers!

I wish I would've known about this place when I was being abused by my daughters father I've heard some really amazing success stories about their shelter and they seem to be the only place really helping people with rental assistance this place has helped me when I needed it the most thank you for all that you do

About Almost Home
The mission of Almost Home is to promote self-sufficiency and provide assistance to those experiencing housing instability. Since 1993 Almost Home has been providing assistance to those in our communities that find themselves facing homelessness and housing instability. We serve the communities of both Adams and Weld counties. In an effort to prevent homelessness and promote self-sufficiency clients meet with a case manager that will identify their housing crisis and develop a Housing Stabilization Plan. This plan will help the client develop a budget and identify goals and the steps needed to work towards self-sufficiency. Our case managers will also provide clients with referrals and resources to help meet their household needs.
