I came to this 7/11 because I have no other path, I don't understand why they don't remove this woman from there if all the people complain about her, if she doesn't want to work, she should leave so they can keep her there.

The cashier was unfriendly and rude. Sorry if she didn't want to be there or having bad day but, shouldn't be waiting on customers then.

I always come here for snacks, water etc. I’ve had a couple of times where I have experienced the lady at the register being rude, not greeting always angry. This time she kept throwing my stuff and not being gentle mind you I had chocolate. I had a big purchase just to get treated with rudeness. She always comes across with anger and projects on to others.

"I recently visited the convenience store near 7-Eleven/Conoco on Bridge Street, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The staff member I encountered seemed disinterested, barely spoke English, and had an unpleasant attitude. It's regrettable that someone with such a demeanor is allowed to represent the store. When I attempted to pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, I was informed they didn't accept these methods. While I didn't have my wallet, I offered to return the items to their shelves, a common practice in such situations. However, the staff member insisted that I do it myself, which struck me as condescending and inconsiderate. It's disheartening when a business chooses not to prioritize customer satisfaction. If this continues, I'd advise others to consider alternative options in the area. In fact, I strongly urge the management to reconsider employing someone who clearly lacks the essential customer service skills. This negative experience should not be representative of their business. Good day to you

I don't usually stop at this location, but I did today. I stopped in for gas, refreshments and to use the restroom. For the most part the facility was decent, however the bathroom on the other had was just disgusting!!!! I couldn't even use the bathroom for fear of catching some kind of disease. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Horrible costumer service don’t speak English not judgment but can’t even understand he took 20 dollars for my 8 dollar item and I didn’t receive my change never come to this 7-11

They charged my kids 3 drinks then minus one. They only bought one. I truly feel they were just trying to take advantage of kids that were coming in. When my son questioned it, she had to pretend to examine the receipt as if she was confused. She has worked there for so many years. There is no need to pretend to examine the receipt. It's not the 1st time which is why I felt the need to review and which is why my kids know to double check 711!

This place is a zoo! This gal that’s married to the manager Rog, treats you like you have a disease ! She’s the only one that treats you badly. The other workers are great! I don’t recommend this store at all

All they have for rehydration is lime cucumber gatorade, by far the most disgusting flavor. Plus they have no deals on the drinks. I wouldn't have even wasted my time coming here if I knew this.

This place, that calls itself 7-Eleven is an absolute disgrace. They double charged me for a $69 purchase, the store owner lied about his name, so he wouldn't get in trouble for saying that there was never a double charge when my bank clearly show that there was two charges. I created three cases about this issue was never contacted, I tried to dispute this with my bank but they needed specific information that 7-Eleven never sent. This place is a scam, they say your card is declined and they have you swipe it again and you get charged twice I personally witnessed this three times when I have gone in there to try to get the situation handled. They would not help me in any way and said that I should contact my bank which I already did. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I would never recommend this 7-Eleven to anyone. The people there are rude disrespectful and do not care. If a review was less than one star I would do it
