We bought a few shirts for myself and my girls this past week, overall the shirt selection is great. HOWEVER, we were charged an extra $50! We did not purchase a single thing that was $50, or even two that added up to $50 together. We were under a time crunch as the kids were restless so I thought it was high but wanted to get out of the store. I looked at the receipt on our way out of Colorado and sure enough there was an extra charge in there. I even double checked everything we bought and it didn’t add up.CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

Avoid this shop at all costs! We went in and purchased over $75 of gifts, including four small items totaling about $10. When we got back to our condo that evening we noticed the small items weren't in our bag. Normally we wouldn't care but two of the missing items were gifts for our daughters who couldn't make the trip. When we went back the following night to ask for the items we paid for, they said they gave them to us and couldn't help us. They were unhelpful and rude -- and actually made us stand in the shop while the manager went over security footage (?!) to try to prove to us they did give us the items. (We still don't know what they saw on the footage.) When I insisted, they finally let us have three of the cheapest missing items and were very patronizing, saying we should let them when we found the missing items and please to try not to lose these. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get out of this shop, and did NOT find the missing items. Please take your business elsewhere. There are so many wonderful, friendly people and quality businesses in this town. This was the only sour point in our trip. Go somewhere else. Save your business for someone who cares.

We came here from Frisco TX. and we loved the place. We just strolled around the downtown having a good Coffee in Starbucks. And the whole street is decorated with the American ?? because it’s 4th July.Must visit the place. ?? And parking is also not expensive at all ($1 for 1 hour).

A shirt we wanted was marked as an XL so we bought it, only to read the tag in the neckline when we were back home in MN and realized it was a Med. We called the shop, and Ralph helped us out by sending us the same shirt in the size we thought we bought originally, at no charge. He went above and beyond, and gave us prompt service and excellent customer service.

Waited outside after 9:am to exchange a shirt....... And waited... Their worker was even waiting for them to open!!!!! Grrrrrrr. We needed to get on the road!!!! Called the number, no mailbox, no message, NOTHING! Maybe something wrong, bury no excuse for not having a phone system!!!
