My wife and I consider Susie to be the best realtor we have ever worked with - and we have worked with several over the years. She is both enthusiastic and genuine at the same time.Conscientious.Susie consistently demonstrates keen attention to detail. I would give Susie 10 stars if that were an option. We just closed on a new condo today and have been working with Susie for nearly two years to find just the right place. She is always quick to respond, easy to work with and communicate with. She is tireless and provides insights and perspectives that only a long-time local would know. We ran into a small seller snag close to the end of the deal and Susie saved the day and make sure everything was right. She is attentive to every little detail and truly knows how to navigate the forest and the trees. 1000% would recommend Susie if you are looking for a property in Summit County.

Susie was an exceptional realtor. She was patient, always prompt to reply, and very adept at sharing her opinion, without being overly pushy. She also was highly perceptive such that she didn’t waste our time with listings that weren’t a good match. Always answered our questions honestly and with careful consideration. In a very busy real estate market, she proved an outstanding advisor. Definitely would use her again, and highly recommend her.

Susie was just the best to work with! She helped us both when we were buying our first home and then again when we sold it. When we were buying our home, she was so sweet to walk us through everything and was always available for any questions we had. When we sold it, we had already moved out of state and she made the process beyond simple and stress free. I would work with Susie 100x over if/when we are back in the beautiful state of CO and cant recommend her enough!!

Susie helped my wife and I buy a condo in Breckenrdige and then sell it a few years later when life took us in a different direction. I have worked with several realtors and never have felt as comfortable as I did with Susie. She was knowledgeable, dilligent, honest, hard working, accessible, and I always felt we were her priority not just the sale. In short, everything you want in a realtor.
