Very knowledgable and kind. They installed a fantastic theater system in our home a few years ago. I called them today to ask for help figuring something out; it was over my head. Frankly I did not think they would be able to help over the phone. But he was patient and kind and helped me fix the small issue (which was huge to me!). Great service. Thank you!
