My iPad was frozen and Apple could figure out the issue with support team and told me me to make appointment with the store. Walked into digital explain my issue. Within 10 mins issues was resolved. The people were extremely professional and super nice.

Iv'e had several great experiences here. Super knowledgable staff and a fair price and quick turn around on my Iphone screen replacement. Ive also gotten super helpful advice on software and software recommendations. You can tell the owners have a ton of experience and are in business for the long term. And saves a trip to the front range!!!

My laptop failed when I arrived in Breckenridge Colorado. He provided same-day service with an outstanding outcome at a reasonable price. If you need computer services I highly recommend this establishment.

I experienced a catastrophic CPU driver issue on my laptop at 4:00 p.m., and was freaking out as I had an important presentation the following day. I called Evan at Digitiqe who talked me off the ledge, calmly went through the options he was going to pursue, and indicated he would work on my repair throughout the rest of the day/night/morning, and would get it back to me by 11:00 a.m. the following day. Evan texted me at 10:00 a.m. the following morning indicating everything was now working properly. What fantastic service, empathy and performance by Evan - I can't thank him enough. If I could give Evan and Digitiqe 10 stars would do so immediately!

My laptop failed, and it was repaired the same day with an excellent I'll come in a very reasonable price. If you have any issues with your laptop, her cell phone, I would highly recommend this business.

Evan, one of the owners, is amazing. And these guys know what they're doing when it comes to PC's, Apple, cyber security and the rest of it. My wife is migrating from her PC to her Mac, and the only person we trust to do this is Evan. Recently my laptop was hacked and locked down. I took it to Digitiqe. Evan got me back up and running in a few hours and recommended and installed upgraded security right there. And, on top of that, they're nice guys. Use them. Trust them. Many thanks, Evan. Paul N

Evan lost/ stole my phone.We were visiting Breck and I damaged my phone the morning we arrived. We were able to purchase a new phone and left the damaged one with Evan for repairs. Since we do not live in the area we trade numbers with Evan so he could call us and arrange a trip for us to get the phone once repaired. A few months later we had not heard anything. I called and left a message, nothing. My husband called and was able to speak with Evan who told him he didn't know where the phone was and he would call once he found it. I called again a week later as we had not be contacted. Evan was rude and seemed confused why I would be calling. He let me know the stores policy of only holding phones for 90 days (this of course was never mentioned when we dropped it off). I told Evan we looked forward to his call once he located the phone. It's been weeks and we have heard nothing.

This place is the best. The owner is extremely helpful! They always look out for their customers best interest! They were closed for remodeling and still got me in and helped me fix my laptop! Top notch people!

Visited this store today- there was no associates inside and all the lights were off. After several minutes, a woman came into the store and said hello, then retreated to the back room and did not engage with us. A few minutes later, two younger men came into the store, and immediately told us that they were closed and we needed to leave. It was a very weird experience, and the entire situation could have been handled better. The store door was unlocked, the woman did not tell us anything about being closed, and the hours on the door reflected that they were supposed to be open for at least another 4 hours.My advice would be to lock the door next time- as the store is full of expensive electronics, and to put up a sign that reflects a change in hours or an early closing.

Recently visited Breckenridge and had issues w/ my phone's battery. Evan was responsive and understanding of the problem and quickly fixed my phone in less than an hour. Such a saving grace! Would certainly recommend to all!
