We were just in browsing and were helped by Will. Even though we didn’t buy anything his customer service was great. Very warm and inviting, while having great knowledge of the products. Great customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Will is Definitely an asset to your store.

Had a warranty issue with my Ullr Powder Suit that was taken care of on the spot with zero issues. Store manager Matias was extremely helpful. My expectations were that, if lucky, the jacket would be sent out, and if warrantied, another would be shipped to me weeks later. Matias looked over my jacket, took it back and slid me into a fresh new suit without haste. Another example of how Helly’s product guarantee and warranty are top tier. Matias’ product knowledge was sublime, and his approach was easy going and practical.I’m a merchant mariner by trade, and have always been loyal to the brand for my foul weather gear and snow sport equipment. Whether it’s blowing a gale on the pacific or thigh deep powder in the Rockies, HH will always be my go to. Y’all got a customer for life??

I visited Helly Hansen Breckenridge as i had a small issue with a jacket i had purchased two years ago and the personnel who assisted me were really helpful. They immediately recognized this was a warranty problem and responded professionally. I recommend anyone looking to buy a good ski jacket to visit this store.

Hours stated during mid season to be 11am to 5pm. Stopped by the store @4:30pm and found it was closed. Not a good way to conduct business when you can’t keep the hours posted.
