I will finally go elsewhere in the future. My husband had surgery and I picked up his medication and asked questions and they weren’t helpful so I had to contact his doctor and wait for response. Couple months later I was sick and picked up medications I had never used before and they were not helpful and acted inconvenienced by my asking.

Out of towner, they had my scrip transfered from my previous state to here and filled with in 12 hours. Works for me! ?
The lady I spoke to took a second to understand I wasn't yet in the system and wanted a transfer. We got it figured out though, and I appreciate the promptness

Person running the pharmacy pickup area was definitely not the warm fuzzy type. A bit shocking how curt and cold she talked to me, if not a bit rude. Writing this to prepare other customers who might encounter her. Could definitely benefit from some customer service training on how to speak to customers.

Horribly rude service. We called for an emergency prescription at the beginning of the day today. We were promised a phone call when the prescription was filled. We received no call. When we called to ask if we can come pick it up, we were told no. Come in the morning. We are a 5 minute walk from the store. Now, we have to rush back home to get this medication. Skip this location. Just drive a little to Dillon, Frisco, or Silverthorn. Save yourself the hassle.

I was just on hold for 25 minutes, you guys answered the phone to keep putting me on hold TWELVE times. THEN you randomly hung up after i was patiently waiting. Wow. I called the service desk and no one can help me. This is just not okay, then i called back and tried to tell someone who was putting me on hold what happened... And they hung up again. Worst pharmacy ever. It's 12pm on a Tuesday. I should be able to get serviced by my pharmacy.

11am-2 is considered free time for local folks in breck! You should keep at least one person available not like city market is a small business can’t even pay for a person on staff?!? F-this company!!

You're honestly better off driving to Whole Foods down the road. Never as busy and prices are generally the same and it's a much more pleasant experience. This place is always an over busy cluster
