I've rented from christy sports multiple times and i've never had such bad service until going to their location in breck. Me and my family were renting skis (which were fine) and the two guys helping us were beyond rude. Robert- especially needs an attitude check. They seem to treat all of their customers like amateurs and have absolutely no patience. In my opinion don't work in a service industry if you don't have the patience to help people- or have the ability to have a positive attitude.

During my stay in Breckenridge I was fortunate enough to spend some of my time and hard earned dollars at this Christie's location. Not only is the place bursting at the seams with knowledgeable reps, but it also is able to purvey a warm and caring environment, very welcoming to say the least. I was able to leave a happy shopper with my new snowboard boots, and I eagerly await my return next time I'm in town.

The customer service for ski rental is amazing. Beyond all my expectations. Garth at the Main Street location was very helpful and helped find boots that are perfect for me.

The people who helped with my rental were great. I upgraded to demos after being told I could apply some of the charge to the skis if I bought them. Fast forward a few months, I asked on their site about my credit for buying skis and I just got changing explanations for why they would not honor their offer. They defined the terms for this deal as "within season" saying it was now summer season (I think of ski seasons in years) and eventually I was just offered a (comparatively) small discount. The point is I spent good money on upgrades to a pair of demo rental skis and was about to spend even more money to buy those skis from them and then they lost my business trying to act corporate.

Great experience here. Rented eBikes for a day. Rental process was quick (10 min max), got some great tips on biking options near by (which helped us plan a fun day on the fly - bikes down the Frisco, grabbed some food,etc. ) and return process was as simple as parking the bikes out front and letting the team know the bikes were back. Would rent here again in a heart beat.

Good location near the slopes. The techs were not overly friendly, and did not tighten my bindings correctly, and wasted half a ski day. They fixed it once I returned, but I have never had this happen before in 20 years. It seemed like their bindings are on the lower quality side. I took the ski to the "repair" location, and they wouldn't repair it. They said I needed to take it back to the original rental location, wasting more of my day. Also, they seemed upset when I asked for a specific ski length. Just mediocre customer service.

Always easy in and out and they offer storage overnight for rental skis. Cheaper yet quality rental skis vs competitors. Buying online gets an even larger discount. Please with all 3 of our rental experiences.

The place was fast, friendly, and staffed. I suggest making reservations in advance. I highly recommend this place for ski and snow board rental.

This is an instance of two polar opposite experiences in the same store. On the one hand, my fiancé and I had a great conversation with Isaac discussing some different ski options to eventually purchase. However, on the other was just an all around abysmal experience with one of the representatives behind the demo counter, Roger.After discussing some options for potential ski purchase with Isaac, we went to demo some of those options and were greeted with Roger. Roger was unhelpful and continuously gave off a tone of dismissal and downright rudeness towards both me and my fiancé. Upon just asking if there were any Volkl skis available for a demo he rolled his eyes at us and projected onto us whatever stress he was feeling as he begrudgingly took a look at the demo rack. The whole process of us asking only what was available and subsequently entering our info for a single day demo was made awkward at best and just disrespectful at worst. I don't know what Roger's deal was, especially in light of the fact that the other staff behind the demo counter were so nice and enjoyable to talk to. If you want a place to shop for gear, Christy's probably has what you're looking for (along with a bunch of other places in Breck). But, if you want even an ounce of professionalism, I'd say hedge your bets and avoid this Christy's location if not but solely because Roger just makes the whole experience unenjoyable and outright insulting for no reason.

Workers were not very helpful or attentive. I accidentally went into the wrong line and the worker made it seem like a hassle that I didn’t check in at the right line first. Then, when returning my rental equipment in the evening, there were no signs or directions on where to return. The worker in the morning also did not give us any information about the return process. We were waiting in line inside for about 5 minutes with all our equipment and no one acknowledged us. Finally we asked a worker who was passing by if we were in the right line and they finally let us know we can just leave it outside in the bins. I used another rental company across the street on the same day for a ski clothing rental (Christy’s does not rent clothing) and there was someone who greeted us at the door and made sure all our questions were answered and walked us through the entire process. So much better than Christy Sports customer service.. I will definitely be using that company next time for everything and avoiding the awkwardness and unpleasant time at Christy Sports.

I have had only positive experiences here. Recently I needed a repair for my ski boot. Scott was exceptionally. knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Great job! I highly recommend.

The store manager Danny went out of his way to help us when we had a broken binding. He was able to find us a replacement for an uncommon system binding and get us right back onto the mountain in no time at all! We are super thankful for his help. Thank you Christy Sports!

I just skied a pair of demo skis based on Danny’s recommendation. Better than any ski I’ve ever skied. Came back two days later and just got amazing service. It was over the top! Highly recommending this Christy sport in Breckenridge. It is the biggest store in Breckenridge so huge demo, Ski choice, and amazing staff!
