I called during the week to set up a appointment for a grooming for my dog this would be the 3rd one at this location for sunday , they decided to text me on Saturday, the day before his grooming appointment to let me know they needed updated vaccine recods. Ofcourse his vet office is closed on Saturday, instead of sending me a message during the week when those records could be acquired... horrible customer service and horrible business practices, along with the fact they try and blame me in a passive aggressive text because they didn't do thier due diligence with thier customers
Edit: i wish i could post screen shots, Even IF you reached out to the vet on Saturday as you suggested... the office is closed... you see the issue here? so when I a client calls in to book a appointment, and YOUR employees pull up my dogs file , but YOU dont inform me that we are missing information during the week when the appointment was made seeing how people have lives and sometimes sending over documents could be the last thing on someones mind... its really YOUR fault, and YOUR lack of customer service, ive been in the customer service industry/ hospitality for the last 20 years... this bad review is due to YOUR lack of due diligence and horrible customer service.

I absolutely love this place. My dog Scott is not the easiest, and they do such a great job to keep him calm and happy ... he always comes back great and is never nervous to his next grooming. Everyone is very kind. The store has everything, and the pet food is the best at a good price. I absolutely recommend!!

This place is the absolute best grooming salon on the front range! And they carry a wonderful range of treats, foods, toys, etc. My dog has severe allergies and can’t eat a lot of food, and this is the only place I can find her locally made treats and cookies that won’t upset her stomach! All the groomers are so kind and prioritize the well being of the dogs over all other concerns. Will never go anywhere else again!

Though I hesitate to share her name because I still want to get appointments with her, we LOVE our dog's groomer, Brooke. We have a HUGE Great Pyrenees and the work she does on his coat is incredible. We look forward to visits with her because he always comes home looking like the dapper gentleman he was destined to be.

Brooke was fantastic with our little Ichabod. She thoroughly explained the game plan beforehand and accomplished a beautiful cut on my young toy poodle. She made him feel very comfortable on his first groom! His report card reflected a very good boy! Thanks Brooke!
