Horrible customer service. They were not at all helpful when my card was compromised. They couldn't even offer me their customer service number. They had me pull out my card and look for it myself. Definitely do not open an account here. Go to Chase, because their customer service is outstanding!

Had to run into the nearest Wells Fargo to me this morning and it was this one on 30th. "Josh" waited on me and helped me with 3 or 4 different questions and I was on my way. Fast, friendly, efficient service. The way I like my bank! Great service.

Had an urgent wiring need and was not aware of the need to make an appointment with Wells Fargo due to COVID. I called this branch to ask if they could make an appointment as the other branches could not accept me. The branch manager Lee Williams was extremely courteous and personally made sure that my wire made it in on time. I'm very grateful to this branch for their assistance and would recommend it to anyone looking to get their business accomplished with Wells Fargo expediently and efficiently.

Waste of time going to this bank. Employees here have no willingness to actually help. Weird how at a different location they agreed to help me no problem. Never again scheduling an appointment at this location.

I have a CD expiring today. I tried to set up the funds to direct a transfer into my checking account 2 weeks ago, but was told I couldn't do so until the CD expires. I called today to initiate the transfer, and am being told that unless I go into the office in person (in the midst of Colorado's stay-at-home orders), I have to wait 2 days access to the funds. IF I go into the office today, I can have the funds today. This is irresponsible of Wells Fargo, and I have lost all respect for the company.
